Nice place near the station too recommend to book it for short stay

Convenient location next to Taipei arena, there is contruction work happening as of now (3 April 2025) they start at 9am. If you’re a night owl it may be a problem, but I wake up early so it’s acceptable for me.

Ji's place was fantastic! We were traveling with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant and a dog and Ji's place had more than enough space for all of us. The kids loved all of the children's amenities - the swing, rock climbing wall, little reading nook, toys and board games. The location was great - lots of restaurants nearby with a tasty ice shop right across the street. There is no parking on the premise but we were able to find parking with no problem in the nearby parking lot under the bridge (roughly a 5-10 mins walk depending on your speed). Ji and team were very also responsive and accommodating!

The house exactly like the photos. Instructions from owner very clear. Elevator upto 2F then directly connect to house (no door), new experience for us. Kitchen equipped with electric stove, water boiler, oven, microwave, fridge, washer dryer. Toilet came with washlet. The only minus points for me is limited car parking space at roadside, park at our own risk. You will have no issue if using scooter.

The host was always very responsive and the stay was comfortable and amazing. Looks exactly like the listed photos.

Very nice apartment, everything there you need. It’s quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooftop is nice to chill out at night. Next time inTaipei I would like to book this place again.

首先房東很好很熱情，有一直密切聯繫我們，所以入住流程很清楚很快捷，服務非常好。 這是一間很舒適很乾淨的公寓，環境清靜，附近有很多小餐廳和便利店，交通也方便，最近距離的車站也不遠，步行7-9分鐘就能到達。 三間房間的空間很大，每一間房間都有獨立提供吹風機，一次性梳洗用品。 客廳有一部投影機，可以有大螢幕看免費電影，廚房的抽屜裏也有很多不同的桌遊，適合一群人一起娛樂玩。 基本的煮食用具，洗衣機，日常用品幾乎全部都有提供，不需要自己額外購買，非常方便~ 唯一美中不足的是需要爬樓梯上三樓，因為沒有電梯。如果行李箱很重的話，就會稍微不方便，但是這並不影響這間住宿的舒適度，整體來說，還是一間非常不錯值得一住的住宿！

The place itself was perfect! The bathroom is clean and has hot water. There are utensils, cups, fridge, and a strong wifi. It is secured and there are quite a few shops like 7/11, 50 milktea, seven tea. Xingtian Temple station is walkable so it’s a plus. However, be prepared to climb the stairs (it’s hard when you have big luggages). I would still recommend this place and the host is responsive too.

Very convenient location with easy access to the night market, shopping and train station. Both hosts are responsive and helpful.

Maggie was very responsive and friendly, and she explained everything clearly. The security guard at the ground floor was very friendly too. The place is spacious for two people and very clean, with a lovely enclosed balcony with a kitchenette. Location-wise it’s perfect too, with a lot of interesting shops around - we were never bored walking to/from the metro station.

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

客廳很大，有辦活動的話很足夠；廚房稍微小了點；房間配置都是單人床，對於團體旅遊來說很好；有問題告知房東會立即處理，步行可達便利商店及捷運站，很方便。

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

Jett is such a great host and gives you a short walking tour of the neighborhood to point out nearby grocery and convenience stores, etc. Even though the unit is on the 3rd floor, he helps bring your luggage up and down the stairs which was so helpful! The bed was comfortable and the washer worked great. The Wi-Fi was great for working remotely! The location was so convenient to many shops and restaurants and close to the MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua stations. Having the filtered water and the EasyCard to use while out and about was so convenient as well - Jett is such a thoughtful host and there are many thoughtful touches! I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb - it's one of my favorites! 😊

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Liz. L’espace est grand ce qui le rend très agréable. De plus, la vue est très belle. Encore mieux à admirer depuis la super grande terrasse ! Nous n’avons pas eu a nous servir de la cuisine mais il y a un réfrigérateur qui nous a permis de stocker des aliments, boissons etc… Et il y avait également une clime qui savait se faire apprécier après les journées chaudes que nous avons eu. Liz est une très bonne hôte que nous aurions aimé rencontrer: toujours réactive, pleine de bons conseils et d’une grande sympathie. Le quartier est sympa et vivant: bon restaurants aux alentours, station de métro à moins de 20 minutes à pieds, et des bus à proximité. Mais aussi le fleuve de la ville où l’on peut se promener sur les quais (très sympa le soir!!) Si nous revenons à Taïwan, nous reviendrons ici. En bref, nous avons passer un merveilleux séjour à Taïwan et ce en partie grâce au séjour chez Liz où nous nous sentions comme à la maison :)

Jacksons home was very nice. Both he and his wife were very welcoming and very nice. They have the most precious cat who welcomes you and likes to play once it warms up to you. All updated appliances. The building is secure and very nice. Downstairs is a convenient store and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from the train station. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to Taipei. Near the airport. Big screen tv in the living room. The room was comfortable. I will stay here again next year when i come back to Taipei.

The place was great, had everything we needed. Plus the location was so convenient: 1) next to HSR / metro station, shopping centre, 2) cafes/food court/restaurants downstairs. Peter was responsive and proactive all the time and even met us to check-in to show us to the place and let us know what else is around. Thank you Peter ☺️

This unit is in the perfect location. It is a 15 minute walk to the Taipei 101 district with multiple stores, restaurants and attractions. Also there is an mrt stop an easy 5 minute walk away. The area is private and peaceful. The unit was as advertised and although it is small, had all the amenities needed for the two of us for our two week stay. The in unit laundry was very handy, we made good use of it. The host was very responsive, and was available any time we reached out. We used the driver our host recommended to pick us up and return us to the airport. We would highly recommend this service for convenience and peace of mind. He was friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. We recommend this unit, and would definitely stay here in the future.

Our three weeks stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Great location, clear check-in instructions. unit was well-stocked with toiletries, towels, etc. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you Coco

First of all, the place is very cozy and facilities has all you need, specially the location for transportation,eating, environment are nice surroundings . Shu Chi is great host ,very kindly and warm that I feel comfortable welcoming. I certainly will be back when I get another chance to visit Taipei. Congratulations Shu Chi !

Highly recommend staying with Dave! His place is in near-new condition. All of the appliances are all brand new and very luxurious. The best part is that this place conveniently located right next to the train station. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and malls, making it super convenient. Dave was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.
