Vacation rentals in Zhongshan District

Very nice unit to stay! Would definitely come back for another stay with my family. It’s very convenient to go the to train station. Just that the place was not convenient for loading and unloading luggage for big families, as it is located at a small alley. Host was extremely helpful for helping us to find a bag that we lost. 11/10 would come back again!

Very nice guy great location

Apartment exactly like the pictures showed, very easy to check in and out, the host was well prepared of all we needed for our stay. Great location, 5 to 8 minutes walk to the subway entrances (IMO Taipei likely has the number 1 subway system in the world), 30 feet to the bus stops but not recommended for older folks (convenient but more momentane than desired), lots of local food stalls and restaurants to experience around your apartment building (use the number 1 rule - follow the crowds for unknown eateries). Loved the food there, so many different things to choose from, and the night-markets were great to explore the local snacks and food (as long you are not afraid of the crowds), do expect to gain a few extra kgs after the trip to Taiwan though. Overall a great trip and will definitely go back and get the same apartment if available then.

The location is close to the MRT station, there are also many delicious restaurants near the homestay, the environment is clean, the general daily living supplies are fully equipped, will stay again if you come to Taipei next time.

Nice place, able to accommodate up to 8 people in 3 rooms plus an extra bed in the main living area, with a curtain around. Comfortable beds, all conveniences, big smart tv,, washing machine, and within 10 minutes walking distance to MRT. Decent restaurants nearby. Grace checked everything was ok while we were there, using Line. Very clean. Would stay there again. Recommended.

We loved Kolette's place. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Felt like home to us. Everyone had space to spread out when needed but also had many lovely meals around the dining table. Kolette was very responsive and even set us up with rides to and from the airport. The space was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Home is fully air-conditioned so no worries during the summer months. It had all the basic things you need in a home. The location was great with a 7-11 right downstairs and a quick walk to the bus stop. The nearest MRT is a good 10-15 minute walk. We would definitely come back next time!

It was hard to find a place to stay in Taiwan because it was a large family of 13 people, but it was really lucky. It was a 2-minute walk from Sandaos Station and a little far from Taipei Station, but it was within walking distance. So the transportation was so good. There was a park right behind the accommodation, and it was beautiful and there were utensils for children to play, so my nephews went to the park for three consecutive days. They also cleaned up and changed towels every day, so there was no inconvenience for 4 nights and 5 days. Thank you!

My second time in Taipei and first time staying at Alan's place. Three of us had a wonderful time in Taipei! Thanks, Alan for your excellent hospitality. Unlimited clean drinking water, kitchen, easy access to his place and so on. His place is a hidden gem, only 5-10min walk to MRT and buses as well. Many more to explore in the area including great local restaurants! I would say Shilin district (or Alan's place) is considered one of the best locations to stay in Taipei. Last but not least, Alan is such a kind person and great host! Thanks again Alan :)

Stay was very comfortable! Aesthetic of the house also added a cozy feel to the home experience. Amenities such as hairdryer, body wash and shampoo are well prepared. Washing machine and dryer are all user-friendly with clear instructions provided by the host. Bed, blankets and pillows are comfortable as well 😊 Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for providing such a restful place for our taipei trip! Highly recommended. 👍👍👍
