Nous sommes venus visiter Istanbul en famille, et le logement de Eyo a parfaitement rempli nos besoins ! l'appartement est bien, avec deux chambres et un salon cuisine. Ce n'est pas grand, mais l'emplacement est tellement bien que cela compense. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre et confortable. Le quartier de Galata est un des meilleurs endroit pour vivre à Istanbul. Les transports sont très accessibles: à 5 min. le tramway et les lignes de bus, à moins de 10 minutes le metro, à 10 minutes l'embarcadère. Il y a plein de petit restaurants et café dans le quartier, et la place Taksim est juste à 20 min à pieds. je recommande.

Had a phenomenal 4 days in Istanbul at Latife’s gorgeous apartment, 3 girlfriends and I wanted a place that was cozy, beautiful and located in a vibrant neighborhood- this place exceeded our expectations! Latife was so kind to greet us upon arrival and show us around the unit when we got in. A fresh baked coffee- cake was waiting for us too! Little touches like this take the average AirBnb experience to the next level. The apartment is warm, rustic and beautifully designed. We loved using the sauna at the end of the day, and were super grateful to have a laundry machine! Thank you again Latife we hope to be back again someday! If you’re looking for a hip location, a beautiful apartment and a helpful host, this is it!

This Airbnb in the heart of the city was a great value. We had three floors all to ourselves each with a bathroom and a sauna. The place was clean and had the amenities. Mico arrived the day we checked in and let us in and gave us the tour. He was also readily available when we needed something. The area is walking distance from lots of restaurants and small shops. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Location is perfect, short walk to Taxim, several minutes and you are on Istiklal and Galata area, Galata port. Apartment is very spacious, we especially liked the living room, it's very comfy and unites family around the large dining table or in front of the gigantic TV, we looooved it. we travel a lot, and it's first time we see an appointment with such huge TV. Amazing that we always could text the cleaning lady so whenever we needed fresh towels or linen it was brought straight away. Thank you very much for our comfortable stay!

Nice medium size apartment, as described in the photos....bathroom is a bit small though. The private balcony is very nice, just not the greatest view. There is a shared balcony with somewhat of an ocean view also. The location is on a very steep hill, if you have trouble walking I would not choose this apartment. Still a good location as there are many restaurants ( somewhat pricey maybe) nearby and you can walk to the Grand Bazaar and many other tourist attractions from the apartment within about 8-10 minutes. The host was very friendly and always available, even helped carry my heavy luggage the last floor to the apartment (only the last floor does not have an elevator). I enjoyed my stay there, was happy with the price, location and helpful host... recommended, will be back !

Instrucțiunile oferite au fost foarte clare iar timpul de răspuns a fost extrem de scurt. Am apreciat curățenia în locație cat și dotările și amenajarea. Procesul de check in a decurs foarte ușor. O experiență foarte frumoasă, în concluzie. Vom reveni când vom avea ocazia😁

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

Emin’s place was magnificent. View was breathtaking & competes with many places in the city with views. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view & coming back to it every evening. It was part of the visit’s highlight. There are no blackout curtains and the light is strong but I wasn’t bothered. I slept with an eye mask & wanted to see the views the second I wake up. So I didn’t even use the curtains. The building has many services & is easy to locate. The penthouse was neat & organized. The amenities were very good (coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, air fryer). It needs a microwave and definitely mirrors. There’s only 1 in the bathroom with bad lighting. The only downside of the place is that there’s no AC in the bedroom & it was very hot. I had the AC on in the living room & the fan on in the bedroom to try to move the cold air but it was quite uncomfortable. Emin was a wonderful host. He communicated all the time, before the trip and throughout.

- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

Gayet güzel bir daire, çok fazla balkonu güzel ve kaliteli eşyaları vardı. Uzun süre konaklamak için harika her türlü ihtiyacınızı kolaylıkla görebilirsiniz. Kalabalık misafirler için oldukça yeterlidir. Son derece temizdi ve iletişime açık bir ev sahibi vardı. Konumu hem çok merkezi hem de şehrin kalabalığından uzak nezih bir yerdeydi. Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.

Kahve makinesi güzel bi detaydı. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde, ulaşım çok kolaydı. Ev sahipleri ise her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve çok misafirperverlerdi. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!
