I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

StaywithSafe's airbnb was perfect for my parents 10 day stay in istanbul. My parents are an elderly couple from england and travelled to the airbnb where they struggled with the keycode door access at 1am and he was there to help them and did not sleep until they were checked in!!! Throughout the week, if we needed anything me and my parents contacted him and he was immediately there with a solution and even arranged a taxi back to the airport for them!! Communication is quick, clear and polite and i would definitely 100% stay there again if we are ever back in Istanbul. The airbnb was close to a bus stop, close to centre, very clean and exactly how the pictures looked, definitely worth the price. We are very grateful and would recommend 100%.

Entry was easy. The place has every equipment needed. Maybe streets might felt a little unsafe at night because there is not enough light, but anyways, it is not about the house. Special thanks to kind host Emre. Would recommend.

Really nice and clean place.

New place, very nice location. Train is a bit bothersome, but not worth mentioning. There were little uncleaned spots, but after mentioning, we got a cleaning and apology. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Mr. Emrah's apartment for the first time, but I can definitely say it won't be the last time. The unique sea view is really worth seeing. When you wake up in the morning, it is perfect to watch the sea with the sunrise, the interior of the apartment is very luxuriously designed and everything is thought out, it is furnished with the most luxurious brands, from the TV used to the white goods. It is a really nice opportunity to have world restaurants and cafes close to the residence. See you again, Mr. Emrah, thank you for everything

Fits description and pictures. Host was very welcoming, and communication wasn’t an issue once. The flat was pretty clean, and honestly no issues at all.

Nice apartment on a very nice balat street! A good restaurant where they fold in 4 to make you happy! Very easy to reach sultanamet which is beautiful!!!very well connected! Bosphorus almost in front of the street ,apartment by the way with a small Bosphorus view! Very nice Jaccuzi and good bedding .

I always stay in Balat when I come to Istanbul and Ferdi's place is one of my favorite Airbnb listings. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Ferdi was friendly and responsive. Great location, listing's. host, and a wonderful apartment! I will stay during my next visit to Istanbul.
