Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zemun

Saubere und gut ausgestatette Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Lage ist gut , es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der nähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz der Unterkunft erspart viel Zeit und gibt einem ein sicheres gefühl wenn der Wagen direkt in der Einfahrt steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Her şey çok güzeldi, biz 5 gün kaldık. Gayet temizdi ve çok yardımcıydılar. Her sorumuza memnuniyetle açıklayıcı şekilde dönüş sağladılar. Konumu size merkeze uzak gibi görünüyor olsa bile asla öyle değil merak etmeyin, çok güzel bir mahallede yer alıyor ve her yere hem yürüyerek hem de şehir otobüsleriyle kolayca ulaşım sağladık o yönden bir sakıncanız olmasın. Şehir merkezinde çoğu yer 10da kapanıyor o yüzden eve dönüşteki parkın orada 7/24 açık marketler ve 12ye kadar açık kafe ve restoranlar var, açıkçası bize büyük kolaylık sağladı. İki kişi için gayet ideal ve kendi bahçesi var.

Jelena, tüm konaklama boyunca bize aşırı derecede yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle havalimanına yakın konum için tavsiye ediyoruz. Transfer konusunda da son derece destek oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir

房子基本上和描述的一样。花洒很给力，很好用，注意需要提前加热，不然有可能热水不够两个人用。该有的都有。房东很好，能够提供提前到寄存行李和离开房子后寄存行李，而且回复都挺快的。只有一个就是订房子的时候设施提到有洗衣机，后来房东说是弄错了。不过房东后面有说可以免费给我们拿回家洗，尽管我们最后没有麻烦他。总的来说，房子住的很舒服，房东也很容易沟通。推荐。

The apartment was very nice and clean, close to the Danube, very close to public transportation, the only recommendation I can make is to put a shower curtain, otherwise everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was the same as presented on the photos. Great location with easy access to public transport links, the spot was near the locality I was visiting. Responsive host, clear instructions for check in / out.

Top place to stay in Zemun / Belgrade, if you find it available, grab it!! We had wonderful week in Jelica’s appointment, she is one of the best hosts you can imagine to have. Speaking great English, full of information and really helpful. Location is impeccable, walking distance to great restaurants, market, shops, cafes, it’s beautiful area with vibrant non traffic streets, amazing, long board walk along river Danube …. Jelica’s apartment is tucked in so well that you have perfect privacy, it’s very quiet, great sleep and all you need is there. She had furnished the apartment and the kitchen with love and great attention to details, my husband and I were impressed, highly recommending 😁

Great place, clean, all the necessary amenities are there, the area is safe and nice, we needed something closer to the airport, so our expectations were met. Check in was super easy. There are some nice cafes and a bakery near the house. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The got us a baby chair and a cot very fast, I’m so thankful. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

We had a wonderful stay in Belgrade thanks to Rajko. The house is exactly as it is in the photos. There is always parking available outside, there are some lovely restaurants around and the house was very clean. Definitely worth its price and will stay here again next time.

Séjour très agréable dans ma ville natale. Le logement bien placé, avec à portée plusieurs restaurants, cafés, magasins, parcs et transports en commun. À 35 minutes à pied de Kalemegdan. L'hôte a été réactive concernant certaines questions. Nous reviendrons !

This place was majestic, and Mima is a lovely host! I loved everything about it, being in a local neighborhood, away from the city center, with everything nearby. It was easy to use the free public transportation, too. I felt like I was visiting an art exhibition, the paintings make the flat feel even more sophisticated. The only problem is that I didn’t stay longer, but I will definitely return. Thank you! ❤️

Alex's apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and Svetlana, who met us upon arrival, was exceptional. Svetlana also provided recommendations on restaurants and was readily available to answer questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the apartment again if we return to Belgrade.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt und sind absolut zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal und gut angebunden. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber Gile sowie der Co-Host Mira jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Good and clean, the only thing is if you have big travel bags, there is no lift to be used and need to physically carry those to 5th floor😂
