Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

We offer a holiday apartment in Seebad Zempin on the island of Usedom. The apartment was completed in June 2019, is located on the ground floor and has modern amenities. The Achterwasser and the port of Zempin can be reached within 5 minutes' walk. The Baltic Sea and Kurplatz are a 10 minute walk to the Baltic Sea. In our seaside resort, a bakery, various restaurants and snacks, as well as a doctor. Shopping can be found in the neighboring towns.

In the house complex, swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room are available free of charge. A private car parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax is charged separately in advance.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has only two cats. My farm dog Brutus is unfortunately in the dog sky. Breakfast NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and the property are not suitable for toddlers, as there is a small garden pond near the house.
