The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The apartment is about 65 m² and exclusively furnished. It is located on the first floor. The living room has a cozy sofa, dining area and a built-in kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, toilet and sink. An additional guest toilet is also available. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill and invites you to linger.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet a 5-minute walk to the center and the beach! Private parking right outside the front door! Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance.
