The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

When you arrive at the Mosel, you immediately feel how time slows down. In the Moselwelt holiday home in Zell an der Mosel, the river is right at your doorstep – the Mosel promenade, the shimmer of the water, the quiet call of the ships. Between vines and river, everyone finds their own rhythm: the cyclist on the Mosel bike path, the hiker on the Moselsteig, the walker in the old town. The day begins with sun over the vineyards and ends with a glass of Riesling in the warm light of the valley.

Vacation home "Mosel-Türmchen"

In this house built in 1904/1908, you will stay in a listed archway with direct views of the Moselle and the landmark of the city of Zell, the Pulverturm. In a direct location on the Moselle promenade and the old town, you have the best starting points for hiking, cycling and boat tours or a stroll through the old town. Excursion destinations such as Traben-Trarbach and Cochem are easily accessible by public transport. Numerous restaurants and ostrich farms invite you to linger.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Vacation home at the Römerbad

The apartment on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated and has a kitchen with dining area, a living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with wardrobe and double bed (200 × 200) and a bathroom. Bikes can be parked in a lockable garage. Parking is available on the Moselle river bank. There are restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away by car.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.

Our location Pferdeweide is in the immediate vicinity of a farm – quiet and very close to nature. From the large panoramic window and from the terrace you can look directly at the adjacent pasture, where you can watch the horses grazing, playing or dozing. A place to come down, observe and breathe.
