Transportation waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, just a toilet is a short drive to a wooden house (dry toilet). You'll sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass screen overlooking the lips. You may also see a grain on your morning pasture right from the bed.

The apartment is located in the attic of a renovated farmhouse, located in the village of Telecí in the Žďárské vrchy area in the Protected Landscape Area. It offers accommodation for families and friends. It includes a living room, kitchenette, three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a comfortable armchair and a sink with a mirror. One of them has a couch with the option of an extra bed. The farm is surrounded by a garden with a large orchard and a massive linden tree.

You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

We offer a housing unit that is part of our family house. There is a separate entrance, parking and seating on the terrace. There are three beds and the possibility of providing an extra bed on the couch in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet location near a bike path, a public swimming pool and a fairy-tale alley. About 2 minutes walk to the pond, 600m from the house there is a supermarket. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area - Eden center, Pernštejn Castle, western town Šiklův mlýn, natural swimming, forests, and more.

The Samotín estate is located in the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area. In an area that provides endless opportunities for hiking, sports and relaxation. It is located at the very end of the village and therefore offers a quiet and undisturbed environment. Newly built log cabin from 2023 in a semi-secluded area, with a wonderful view. 2 km from Pernštejn Castle, 25 km from Nové Město na Moravě (Municipal Spa, Harusův kopec ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails), 15 km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. We will be happy to plan these routes for you.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do.
