We loved staying at Slaven’s place near Vela Luka. It was an amazing, tranquil location with no one else around. The best part was swimming in the crystal clear water right next to the house. Like other reviewers have said - we’d love to keep this special place secret. Korcula is a beautiful island and the old town is absolutely stunning. We loved that due to the islands remote location the island remains fairly quiet even in the height of summer. Slaven was an absolutely fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Great location, short walk from center, but also private and quiet. Simple and clean space with everything you might need. Overall great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Marins place. Marin is very friendly and polite. We got an upgrade as one of the flats on first floor was available. So we can not comment on this flat specifically. The house consists of four flats sharing the garden and pool. Be aware that the heating of the pool may be turned off, so if that matters to you I recommend you to ask Marin in advance. First week of October we ended up at the beach instead as the temperature in the sea was nice. The children really enjoyed cuddling with Marins small and friendly dog. Will definitely come back if we are going to Makarska again.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

I had a fantastic time with family. Our kids loved the private beach. Kids loved the beach so much that they did not allow us to explore anything else in the island. As we went there before the actual season starts, not much to do in the island- so recommendation is to plan a trip during the season. Overall- we had a great vacation.

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

This place is amazing and so are the hosts. Soon after our arival Miljenko's parents Zdravko and Ana greeted us and showed us around. During our stay they were always available and communicative with any of our needs. They also occasionally brought us some fruits from local farmers. This unit location is excellent because it takes about 5 minutes to walk to main street and closest beach. It's very quiet and private place with nice garden. Overall, we were very pleased during our vacation here.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

The amenities at the villa were perfect & all we could ask for as a family wanting a week to relax! The villa & grounds were well maintained & it was a great space! During the time in which we were at the Villa, the owner Kate was very attentive & helpful - their home was beautiful! Gata is a beautiful village & area of Croatia. The Villa for us was perfect in terms of location; Omiš was a 20min drive, although there is a local supermarket in Gata. We visited Dubrovnik, which took 2.5hrs & Split 40mins. Awe absolutely loved our stay here. It was a lovely peaceful location with shops and takeaway restaurants a very short walk away. we hired a car from the airport and was really glad we did as we got to see lots of amazing places in Croatia with this place perfectly located between all the places we wanted to see. We were met by Anna & Mate when we arrived and they were very welcoming and Informative. They took about 20 minutes to show us around and let us know what was nearby. they had even prepared a meat board for our arrival which was absolutely delicious and appreciated. They offered to cook us dinner as well which they delivered on the Tuesday which was amazing. We would highly recommend coming here. It was absolutely stunning. During our week we visited Plitvice National Park, Dubrovnik, Brela Beach, Biokovo SkyWalk, Split, Kliss Fortress & Hvar and still had time to relax in the hot tub and shoot some pool. Felt like a home from home, lots of lovely touches like homemade jams and olive oil (which was very tasty). Both the terrace and loggia were great to relax in, and the local host Sanja was really helpful. Can recommend to anyone who wants to visit this lovely town on the island of Brac.

The place is better than on the pictures. Amazing view and terrace. Inside was very clean and had everything I needed, including being able to cook. The location itself is extremely peaceful which is increasingly more difficult to find these days in Croatia - yet there are good food options, wine stores (the one on the main road is my preferred), and a small grocery store (but has all the basic needs) and bakery within 1 minute. Above all what stood out is how quick Rado is to communicate and how nice and professional he is. Overall great value and exceptional stay!

Zlatko was always approachable. We met in the center of vela Luka and drove to the accommodation together. A fruit basket, water, orange juice and milk were provided for us, which was very helpful as we arrived on Sunday evening

We really enjoyed the stay. Ante and his parents are exceptionally warm hosts! They made our time as pleasant as possible and we are very grateful for that!

The place had everything. It was in a beautiful location. Peaceful. High quality villa, and had everything you needed whilst you stayed. (Very practical too) We would return to this gorgeous place again. Tomislav was super responsive whenever we had a question and he helped guide us to the answer. The villa is a very relaxing place. My kids loved playing in the clear water bay on a paddle board and snorkelling. Afterwards they would have fun in the pool whilst we prepared dinner in a lovely outdoor dining area. The photos don’t really get across how nice it is. Having air con in all rooms was a treat due to the heights of summer. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and we treated this special place like home. I would recommend a car to get to Milna the local marina town, and further a field to visit places. We also took a boat trip out to visit the various islands. It was so pretty, with emerald green oceans and ‘to die for’ sunsets.

Perfect getaway in a fantastic place to stay! Our 8 nights in this AirBnB apartment was just amazing! The quiet and peaceful location immediately relaxed us. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication went smoothly. Just made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the tranquility and cozy atmosphere and highly recommend this place. An ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! 💙
