This was a great neighborhood to stay in. Lots of good restaurants and shops in a busy location. The room was exactly like the photos and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The area where it is located is not very nice, it is not very nice, but we did not run hazards

I thought the place was super nice, everything was clean, the beds, and the pillows super comfortable and quality. There was not much contact by message or call but the treatment upon arrival and when we retired was excellent and sincere, we felt very comfortable and there was no inconvenience. Of course I would stay here again.

Excellent place and service. They welcomed us incredibly with a lot of attention. The only detail is that it is very close to bars and there is noise at night until about 1 am. Otherwise, I highly recommend it

I loved the place, I'll definitely be back, it's very cozy, the service is very good, the beds are delightful and the area is very nice. It has everything you need for a trip as a couple or alone, with many great places to eat around it, however the breakfasts and the coffee downstairs are AMAAAAAAZING. 10/10 I'LL BE BACK FOR SURE !!!!!!!!

A wonderful host, a great location, secure, quick to answer questions and give helpful advice. Also Alejandro, on site, was able to help with whatever came up, that was reassuring. Also included was a short but grateful massage, it really was most welcome. The place was clean, location is one of the best in the city and the price you won’t complain. Stay longer. It’s bright and has a wonderful, relaxing vibe to the place. Also a cute craft counter, something for some soothing mood. Also, there’s a sports store in the main corner close to the site, I found some great gifts, Made in Mexico sport items, from Pedro the owner. I’d stay here again, you’ll see.

A lot of willingness to address your concerns and needs. The house is in an excellent area, especially if you attend Expo Guadalajara.

I host two nights for a festival in the akron and the receptionist and they are all very friendly and helpful, the stay super clean, and very comfortable, 24 hrs hot water and clean cooking utensils, it's definitely my favorite hotel 💗
