Townhome vacation rentals in Zambezi River

We had a fantastic stay at Tapiwa’s house. The property is finished to a very high standard and has everything you could need. We don’t think the pictures did justice to how beautiful it was inside, we also enjoyed eating breakfast in the lovely garden. It’s located in a good part of town, close to the centre and with shops a few minutes walk. Thanks again Tapiwa!

This place is awesome! Three spacious bedrooms, each with nice en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen and lounge are perfect. She did an amazing job mitigating the infrastructure challenges--robust inverter/battery/solar (including a backup to the backup!), pressure pump for water and battery-powered pedestal fans. Kindly provided some tea, coffee, milk, soap and drinking water. I wasn't expecting a maid to be in and out cleaning up after us. She was completely pleasant and not a problem, just that I was initially surprised. As long as you are expecting it and don't mind someone in your space, you will love her. Highly recommend this place.

Safe, quiet, and clean. 20-30 minute walk to groceries and shopping. Few restaurants around, but enough. Kirk is great, with an airport pickup and good staff.

As akways, Chubo is a quiet, clean and private place that is perfect for a comfortable andcrestful stay after long trips. The apartment is well maintained and the staff attentive, friendly and professional. I can't say enough about Chubo. Mary takes care of her guests so well.

Had a lovely stay. Place was very clean and host was available at all times to answer any questions we had and very helpful. House was gorgeous and just as the pictures. Kids enjoyed the pool, outdoor areas very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still quiet enough to relax. Mary was very responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay. My husband, daughter and I spent a few nights at Miombo Mews while exploring Victoria Falls. Everything about this place was top tier! From the super friendly guards at the gate to the super friendly cleaning staff. Check in was great and AJ was super responsive and helpful. The place was so clean and well stocked. Very comfortable and looked exactly (if not better) than the pics. I highly recommend!!!

Sisa was proactive in making sure he sent a pin on Google for us to locate the property. It's roomy, cool (helpful in the heat of summer) and relaxing - the two bedroom section has its own gate and parking space. Further he offered snacks during my time, which I had not requested but very much appreciated.

Chantal was a great host and very responsive. Great location on Makeni side of town, private and lovely garden.

The area is prime in Lusaka, and we had a great stay. The only problem we had was with the aircons that are not working due to load shedding, and Mosquitoes hammered us. It would be nice to include solar/rechargeable fans to avoid this issue. Everything else about the place was perfect.
