Перебування у будиночку нам дуже сподобалося. Будинок має зручне розташування, знаходиться, фактично, у центрі Микуличин. Він розташований трохи в глибині вулиці (на другій лінії, біля річки), проте це не становило ніяких складнощів, адже Сергій любʼязно допоміг нам з прибуттям. Сам будинок відповідає опису, дуже чистий, охайний, новий, має два поверхи. На першому розташовані ванна кімната, кухня з усім необхідним обладнанням, диван-ліжко. На другому поверсі знаходиться повноцінне ліжко. У будинку є великі панорамні вікна, через які можна милуватися карпатською природою. Дуже великим плюсом будинку є наявність чану на терасі. Ми теж скористалися цією опцією та «попарилися» у гарячій воді з видом на Карпати ⛰️ 😍. Окремого захоплення заслуговує господар будинку-Сергій. Він дуже швидко відповідав на наші повідомлення, старався догодити нам як міг, дуже сподобалася комунікація з ним. Загалом нам неймовірно сподобався відпочинок тут і ми залюбки сюди повернемося.

Як парі нам дуже сподобалось бути гостями будинку Ірини. Дуже зручне та гарне помешкання з тихим та неймовірним навколишнім середовищем. В будиночку було все потрібне для проживання та відпочинку, а надворі ще й на гойдалці покатались. Ірина також допомагала нам з усім що просили. Тому без вагань ми рекомендуємо в неї зупинитись і самі зупинимось якщо будемо в Пилипці. Якщо зупинитеся тут, обовʼязково відвідайте гору Гимбу)

Казкове місце, можна відчути себе принцесою у вежі. Дуже сподобалось, залюбки відвідаю ще. Ідеальна локація: поруч магазини, а з вікна вид на гори. Хвилювалась, чи буде тепло в приміщенні, особливо у ванній кімнаті без дверей. Виявилось дуже тепло! В захваті від всієї столярки і деревʼяних меблів.

Great and clean house: big rooms, well equipped kitchen, walkable distance to a bus stop/supermarkets/cafes/kids playrooms. Perfect place to stay with kids (stroller and crib available). Very quite neighborhood. Friendly, hospitable, always reachable host. Definitely recommend this place!

Чудове місце: велика доглянута територія і затишний будинок. Із плюсів: Зручні ліжка, багато простору, різні розваги типу більярд, чан, також дбайлива господарка, яка на звʼязку і допоможе вирішити будь які питання. Загалом дуже гарне місце для відпочинку та проведення часу з сімʼєю або друзями. Один момент на який варто звернути увагу - це дорога.

The property was exceptional, one of those life experiences you are glad you’ve made. The rooms were spacious and private, clean and cosy. The house has a great view and surrounded by nature. Very close to the restaurants and attractions. The house was booked for a family reunion, everyone left with great memories and we are looking forward to booking it again.

Приїхали з Київа, дуже сподобалась атмосфера села, свіже повітря, мальовничі краєвиди, струмок прям поряд з помешканням.Зручне розташування біля магазину, підйомнику, ресторанів та відомого водоспаду Шипіт. Номер був чистим, обладнаний всім необхідним.Власники були дуже привітні, раді допомогти, зустріли нас з потягу, гарні та щирі люди. Рекомендуємо ходити їсти в готель Гранд, що знаходиться поруч, доступні ціни та смачна кухня.

Я часто подорожую Карпатами і досвід проживання в будиночках маю великий. Будиночок чудовий і всі зручності дуже продумані. Мангал, чан, все обладнання є. Господар чудовий. Ми усі залишилось в захваті і неодмінно повернемось сюди бо місце і все в ньому чудово😌

Будиночок дуже затишній та теплий. Гойдалка окрема любов, я три дні працювала на вулиці з гарним краєвидом. Це було моєю мрією декілька років. У дворі тихо, територія доволі велика. Павло безкоштовно поділився дровами для мангалу. Окрема подяка за допомогу для нашої мами не звʼязану з орендою будинка.
