The bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed makes it very comfortable if you do not want to go up to the loft, which has an access that is not suitable for everyone, (well stairs on the wall). It is a three-story house. This large rental space is located on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. The middle floor is unoccupied (possibly a 4th bedroom), and the owner lives in the attic; they only share the entrance gate with him.
