We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fernando's house. The view of Mount Etna was beautiful and the space was charming. And we were greeted with a bottle of wine, water, and cookies. The biggest limitation is that, as indicated in the listing, the space does not have WiFi, but it is possible to have mobile data.

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved our stay at Anita’s place! The apartment looks just like the pictures and is in a fantastic location, extremely close to restaurants, bars, shops and the cable car. Although you can hear people at the nearby restaurants in the evening, they didn’t disturb our sleep and I personally loved hearing people having fun. In addition, we couldn’t hear any noise at all when we were in the second bedroom. We had a rental car and parked in one of the garages outside the medieval gate and took the free shuttle back to the gate and walked to the apartment from there. It was quite easy and not troublesome at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

Giuseppe is an exceptional host, very helpful and available. The village of Motta Camastra is very nice and the view is sublime. We were lucky to be there during the 2 days of the village festival so we could enjoy the concerts, fireworks, processions, illuminations and brass band. The apartment is very functional, well located in the village and allows you to enjoy the various visits to do in the vicinity including Etna. We regret not staying longer!

Alberto and his father Giorgio were the most gracious hosts! Giorgio took time to personally introduce me to the locals and showed me all the spots to visit in order to make the most out of my stay. I will most definitely be back!

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

We were very well received by Frederico and his parents. Very attentive throughout the stay, flexible at check-in and with great suggestions and useful tips on the visits we intended to make. They are generous people, available without ever invading the space. It's well worth it, even with the busy street. I would recommend the experience to anyone. My husband is in a wheelchair and Maria went out of her way to rent a wheelchair for our stay. The villa looked better in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked, including a juicer for fresh orange juice.

Absolutely beautiful place! The apartment is very large and spacious. Great layout of the rooms. The balconies are a dream. Great host. The place is easy to reach and a perfect starting point for great excursions in the area. We will be happy to come back.

There is no way to measure this incredible view. It is absolutely beautiful. We did underestimate the tight roads and very very steep driveway, after a few days we did get the hang of it. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely stay

We had a great stay! The property was easy to find, clean, and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responsive. We really liked the place and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

Amazing house and super kind owner! You can feel it’s very relaxing, clean and great place to rest. Indeed, you probably cannot get here without a car, and the road is quite challenging. But the house is rewarding you as soon as you open the gate :) I recommend 100%

Thank you Salvo for your warm welcome! The place is charming in the middle of fruit trees and very quiet with a beautiful view of Etna. We loved the freshly squeezed orange juice every morning and the croissants! We highly recommend it.

Fantastic location by the sea! Lovely house with great views of the sea. Pozzillo was fabulous and Italians but no foreigners, so it is a genuine fishing port with swimming and sunbathing. the restaurant il Gato Pescatore is really good and very reasonable…

Vincenzo is a great communicator and attentive host. He shared valuable reccommendations for things to do in the local area, restaurants and shops. The accomodation is in a fantastic location with views to Mt Etna in the west, and the coast in the east. It is very comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. Thank you very much, Vincenzo!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!

Wow, what can we say? Just a dream stay! The location and views are stunning, the property is beautiful, and Maria and her husband offered excellent advice on local opportunities. For a relaxing, peaceful stay and a base for both Etna and the Catania coastline, I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much for a wonderful break!

Antonio personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail. He is very friendly. He was always available for questions and immediately helped. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This is exceptional: very spacious with large terrace. The furnishings are of very high quality. The location is very central. Parking is possible directly at the house. We can definitely recommend the place.

A magical retreat – it doesn't get any better than this! This house is an absolute dream! Nestled in a lemon plantation in the mountains, with a breathtaking view – on one side the sparkling sea, on the other the majestic Mount Etna. The tranquility here is indescribable, you only hear nature. I was really able to switch off, relax and recharge. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very clean and offers everything you need. The highlight: the terrace! I'll never forget this view. In addition, the opportunity to pick and enjoy so many fresh lemons – whether for food or as freshly squeezed juice – a dream for all the senses! I am particularly fond of the cats – so trusting and sweet, I immediately took them into my heart. A huge thank you to Sarah – she is a wonderful host, warm, helpful and always strives to make the stay perfect. Kind regards, I'll be back!

The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, very contemporary with a balcony overlooking the sea at the front and a view of mount Etna at the back. The town, Stazzo, is a small Sicilian fishing village with few tourists. Although we don’t speak Italian, we were welcomed and found it to be a very friendly neighborhood with neighbours meeting on the seafront, passing the time of day with each other. It was lovely to see. When we were there the beaches were just starting to be converted for the summer season with wooden platforms being installed over the rocks but we were happy to swim and sunbathe on the many flat areas carved out on the rocks. All in all, it was a great base to explore the region, you will need a car but you can park right on front of the house, no problem.
