The apartment is situated in a quiet part of the city, just a few minutes walk from the colonnade with healing springs, but also a few meters from the forest park. The location is ideal for exploring the UNESCO city and the beautiful nature.

The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters.
