Large and bright ground floor apartment on the outskirts of Ljubljana. The apartment is completely newly furnished (2022), and in it you can feel the smell of half-fresh wood :) It is about 6 km from the center of Ljubljana and 3 km from the City Park shopping center. The bus station is 300 meters from the apartment. In addition to the apartment, there is also a bar where you can have an excellent breakfast in the morning for a very reasonable price :) Turist tax must be pay 3,13€ per day/person

The apartment is very nice, has own entrance, privacy guarantee. The centre is 20 minutes by bus. Shop mall "BTC" is close. Free car parking. Electric Car Charger 22kW. The aptm. has one bedroom with king size bed, 2 bedrooms with bigger bed, one living room with sofa (could be stretched in two beds), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and big Teresa. FREE WiFi, free parking, CABLE TV, Grocery, bakery and Butchery is very close -cheap meat, bred products & Pizza ..etc

If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.
