Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

Welcome to an archipelago idyll. Cottage by the sea with a jetty shared with the property's other houses; most of the time, you have it to yourself. Located in Kolsvik which is a small village on Yxlan. Close to forest and countryside as well as close to sandy beach. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace. Evening sun on the dock until late at night. Older house that has been renovated with access to a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Sea view. Sauna at the jetty with associated shower. There is a toilet in the house. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.
