The accessibility of the accommodation is ideal for varying the pleasures, walks, outings in the city center, We are not on it and recommend that you book this place, Josselin is a welcoming and available host, he put us at ease and took the time to advise us well. We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

We were there with our 3 adult children and their friends. Everyone felt very comfortable. Plenty of space. We couldn't even use everything. It was super relaxed. When the weather was nice, we could have used the garden more. All in all great

The house is exceptional, very beautiful and in impeccable condition. There are plenty of amenities and the decor is admirable. The location allows you to walk because it's close to the Palace and the beach. Licia had good tips for our arrival and recommended restaurants. Beautiful place, cozy house furnished with care. Communication with Lena went very well. An issue with the heating was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, only the washing machine did not work (but was not very bad for us). Doggy could come along. All with a very enjoyable stay.

This charming house is very pleasant and in a good location. Both quiet and close to shops, it is ideal for enjoying Trouville and its surroundings.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

Super equipped accommodation, very pleasant. All is well thought out. Non-alcoholic cocktail, excellent breakfast for the next day, ...several nice little touches upon arrival. The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.
