A total change of scenery 1 hour from Paris, between Chartres and Maintenon. Essential car, Epernon train station is 8km away races at 4km The cottage is independent in spacious garden, all wood, with terrace by the water. Comfortable accommodation well insulated and heated, with double bed 140, bathroom, toilet and well-equipped kitchenette A corner of paradise classified 2 stars. If you don't have a car but have bikes, you can come by train with your bikes to Maintenon.

"La Bourguignette" Studio

35 m² single-story studio in perfect condition, completely independent, converted from an old farmhouse. Large mezzanine room with 1 high quality bed, for 2 people. A kitchen area, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. A shower room and toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people in the attic. Heating is powered by a heat pump. Very quiet and pleasant environment. Shops 3 km away but independent convenience store. Great for a tourist stay or for a business trip

Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

We designed this independent studio within our main residence. We paid close attention to the choice of materials while respecting our ecological ethics. Located in the heart of Giverny, the room "Sous la glycine" is established in a vaulted cellar made of Vernon stone. The home has a main room with a bedroom and kitchen area, a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Within a 5-minute walk you will find the Claude Monet house, the church where it rests, the Impressionist Museum and many restaurants. Check-in is self-contained thanks to a key box. Attention: steep staircase.
