My experience in this apartment was excellent from the first moment. Everything was as shown in the photos: clean, tidy, modern and with a minimalist decor that makes it very welcoming. The location is super strategic, close to several restaurants, pharmacies, and key points of the city, plus in a very safe area. The beds were really comfortable, I rested at home, and the private garage is a plus, spacious and secure. The host was always very attentive, polite and attentive to every detail, which made the stay even better. I definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This home is a hidden gem. It is not in the downtown area but in a village setting closer to the airport. My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed here for a couple nights at the end of our one month stay in Ecuador. It was the perfect way to end our time in this beautiful country. The house is large and spacious and well equipped to cook and relax on the property. There are lots of things to keep kids entertained like the outdoor lawn, playground and indoor ping pong table and games. Karla, the housekeeper lives on the property and is always there to help. There is an amazing vegetable garden and Karla gave us veggies, avocados, oranges and lemons straight from the garden as we prepared our lunch. It was much more than we could eat. The owner of the house is very kind and came to see us off. We were overwhelmed by his kind gesture when he offered to drop us at the airport. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our time in Ecuador.

Our stay was amazing. The house was spotless, very well equipped and located in a quiet area, ideal for resting. Communication with the host was great from the start, always attentive and willing to help. The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi, it was one of the favorite points of the trip. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

The place is beautiful and the hosts are very friendly. The house is minutes from downtown Cotacachi, in a very quiet and safe sector. Ideal for sharing time with family or friends, away from noise and breathing pure air. It has large green areas and fruit trees. We will definitely be back.

Nice place in a gated community in Cumbaya. Well worth what I paid. Very safe and peaceful. Javier was a great communicator and his family who lives on the bottom level is very friendly. Great internet for remote work. I would stay here again for sure.
