Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Perfekt för avstamp till både Skåne och Blekinge. Bromölla fina vandrings/cykelleder vid havet, längs Ivösjön, i bokskogen. Sölvesborg 12 km , en gammal stadskärna och fina stränder. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Lakan o handdukar ingår inte , kan ordnas om vi är hemma!

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)
