Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. In the middle of central Ystad, a stone's throw from Stortorget, you will find our small house from the mid 19th-century. The apartment is newly decorated and interior is most things new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamy beds. You will find a kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, electric kettle and dinnerware for two people. The bathroom is new!

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is about 74 sqm, divided into a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which is a sofa bed. The farm is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
