Du finner ett pentry med mikrovågsugn, kylskåp med frysfack, exklusiv kaffemaskin, vattenkokare och servis för två personer. Badrummet är nytt!

Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. Det er en stille, solrig, ensrettet gade, med kig ned til søerne i den ene ende af gaden og Botanisk have’s drivhus i den anden ende af gaden. 2 min. til Stantsmuseum for kunst, stor park Østeranlæg. 4 min.gang til Nørreport station/metro.
