The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch alley, lilac and hydrangea bushes as well as apple trees and many other small and good things. Next to the buildings, there is meadowland and to the east, you will find a smaller private pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
