It is located in a quiet street. You can park for free at 100 m from. The house is private. Downstairs a terras, 1e floor: livingroom with a completely furnished kitchen (dishwasher!), 2e floor: bathroom, seperated toilet, open room with double bed/mezzanine with 2single beds. A seperated room with 2sigles beds.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

A getaway close to Lille

We have renovated this farmhouse and are happy to make our studio located on the second floor of our house available. We hope to offer you a cozy little cocoon. We will be happy to share our family life with our two children Suzanne 5 years old, Gustave 10 years old, our cat Georgette and our chickens.
