Charmante maisonette de 35m2 en duplex au coeur d'Etretat à 100 m de la plage. Au rez-de-chaussée une cuisine, un coin salon et la salle de bain. Au premier étage sous les toits la chambre avec un lit Queen Size. Possibilité de rajouter un matelas. Parfait pour un couple sans enfant ou avec un jeune enfant, pour un week-end ou quelques jours. La maisonette a totalement été refaite à neuf en 2021. Boulangerie, supérette a 20 m. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont compris dans la location.
