A large living area, a play room, a wood burning FIREPLACE, large TRAMPOLINE, yard with babbling brook & seating area! Bedroom 1: King size bed & pack n play. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, dresser. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: King size bed, pull out couch. Ensuite bathroom. Living room: Pull out couch. Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Heated by the sun- no heater.

This lovely 3rd floor private apartment is in an 1883 Victorian Mansion in Blooming Grove, NY for 1 - 6 people. It is beautifully furnished, has luxurious beds, so let us know if you need one, two or three bedrooms! The apartment has a private entrance, a claw foot tub, French door shower, and a kitchenette with sunny breakfast nook. It's freshly renovated and spacious. You will have to take 2 staircases. Our land has a nice view of a field of wildflowers, and our neighbor has cows.

The kitchenette incudes a convection toaster oven, a hot plate cooktop with pots/pans, light kitchenware, coffee maker, & fridge. Also provided: TV, Roku stick, Wi-Fi, AC/electric heat. (No cable) This is our home. The use of illicit drugs, smoking and excessive alcohol is prohibited.

This property is lower level of a private house with living room, full kitchen ,1 bedroom and a 1 full bath. Very close to multiple parks, hiking spots and fruit picking farms. Perfect for a runaway weekend. Far enough from the city for a peaceful atmosphere and close enough to drive after a working day. Give it a try and enjoy it.
