Vacation rentals with a patio in York County

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

Our stay at Governor Green was very nice. The place is clean, spacious and well equipped with large bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living area. I would strongly recommend it for families or couples. We felt safe and there were some activities to do on the premises, but we preferred to see the local sites. The location is very convenient to all the historical sites as well as many food, shopping, and other activities.

I booked Sandra’s place for my parents to stay during my graduation from William and Mary. They loved everything about it, were able to keep in touch with Sandra easily, and said they would be happy to stay there again. Thank you!

Elizabeth's place was fantastic!!! Very clean and well-equipped. The people at check-in were great and VERY friendly. The resort has tons to do. Some of the activity options were not open due to being off-season, but it is a great place for families to come in the summer. We were there for a "girl's weekend", and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. We all agreed to coming back again together and with our own families in the future. Would highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice touch to have laundry soap and disposable salt and pepper shakers. Our kids enjoyed the free arcade room and the pool.

Excellent stay in Williamsburg! The condo was clean and tastefully decorated (we had two units and were pleasantly surprised to find that both had king beds! Perfect as a getaway for two couples.) The community was quiet and the front desk staff were personable and helpful. The condo was less than five minutes drive from the Colonial Williamsburg visitor center and an easy drive to Yorktown. There were lots of things to do and places to eat. We certainly hope to return!

Greg’s house worked great for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg! It was just a short drive away. Very easy to get to. Greg did a great job communicating and making sure we have everything we needed.

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! We had the best time! The home was even better than described. We loved having the beach so close, with everything we needed (chairs, toys, kayaks, etc). The house was so comfortable and we enjoyed making several large meals in the stocked kitchen. So private and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was outstanding. Extremely spacious, very clean, comfortable inside, nice playground for the kids. Location is great for activities /events in Williamsburg, Newport News, or Ft. Eustis. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The central area of the kitchen, bar & stools was the highlight. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic host, responsive and accommodating.

Very clean and beautiful place! Definitely secluded and quiet environment, so perfect for a get away weekend. Had a little trouble initially unlocking the door, but Elenny was very quick to answer and helpful!

The coffee station and some water bottles and snacks were well appreciated, as well as accommodating our service dog. The outside space is very peaceful and well out for night-time hang-outs. Easy to access.

Tracy‘s home was an absolute treasure for our girls weekend away as sisters and our daughters to celebrate our mom‘s 70th birthday weekend! While it was insanely cold, we still got to take advantage of the gorgeous location by bundling up and taking walks on the beach, as well as sitting inside on the cozy couch, with the amazing views of the water! From the hot tub, to the fire pit, to the huge open living area, we were able to enjoy all of it! Beds were so comfy, and there were plenty of throw blankets for warmth and coziness. We hope to come back again when the weather is warm to fully take advantage of all the amenities that Tracy has to offer.

Our stay was very nice. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the house smelled amazing when we walked through the door. The keyless lock was very convenient, considering we arrived in the middle of the night. It had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

I picked this place because of all the amenities it has to offer to keep my family entertained. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the check in and check out. There is so much to do just in the property it self that we cooked all our meals at the condo by shopping at local grocery stores. The place is so spacious and it really felt at home! The property is gorgeous! I had 5 children and 2 adults and not once did I feel like we were crammed or stepping over each other. There was so much room! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the in unit laundry. The outdoor pool is amazing and so peaceful! There is plenty to do and the PERFECT place to get some relaxation and quality family time. Beyond happy with my stay!

Our family of 6 has a great time. Plenty of space at the unit and the amenities were even more than described. We'll be coming back!

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!
