Vacation rentals with a patio in York County

Andrew and Lisa provided the perfect space for reuniting with old friends. They were very helpful when I booked it was too early, and immediately booked me as soon as they were able to.

We had a great stay! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and her instructions and the property description were very clear and accurate. We were initially a little hesitant to book at a time share property, but we had no issues at check in and did not feel pressured at all to attend any sales pitch. I got a text the day after check in asking if I wanted to attend and offering some reward, but I just ignored it and that was that! Great location, very quiet area and just a short drive to anything you'd want to see in Williamsburg. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. We would happily stay again!

I booked Sandra’s place for my parents to stay during my graduation from William and Mary. They loved everything about it, were able to keep in touch with Sandra easily, and said they would be happy to stay there again. Thank you!

Our stay here in Williamsburg was great! The location was convenient to the local attractions - Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens, etc. - so many options for food and fun nearby as well. The unit itself was clean and well appointed with plenty of room and amenities - perfect for a 7 night stay for our family with young kids. Heather was helpful in answering my questions leading up to the trip and was more than willing to accommodate my requests in terms of location on the property. Would definitely recommend booking with her!

Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Cozy and clean. Will be returning for sure. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the location and amenities!

Tim was very responsive and helpful with his instruction’s. The place was great and my family enjoyed the stay. My children had plenty of activities to do and the bar on site allowed my wife and I to also relax.

We stayed at Rebecca's place for my son's William and Mary graduation. We were there for three nights. The bedrooms are much larger than they appear in the pictures. The kitchen looks brand new and everything worked perfectly (we didn't do any laundry :)). The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the porch in the back as well. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend Rebecca's place - I wish we had found it sooner for some of our other trips to Williamsburg!! Thank you!

Lots of cameras but to be expected, I think what got me the most was the camera on the tree in the back yard right when you walked out. Kinda felt like 0 privacy but overall it was a very nice place, absolutely love the decorations and how spacious it is!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Greg's place for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway. The pictures matched exactly what we saw and the house was in a great location. Very easy to get to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great couple of days together with our family. Really great place particularly for littles!

We had a wonderful five night stay at Harbor House. The house was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hosts communicated well and provided everything we needed for kayaking, relaxing on the dock or a trip to the beach. The nearby town of Mathews had great restaurants and groceries. We went to a farmer's market and browsed all the quaint shops. Definitely hope to return again, we fell in love with the area and friendly people of Virginia.

I booked this stay after a bad experience at a hotel. He was very understanding of our situation and got us check in right away! I would definitely stay here again if I come to this area. Raymond was super nice, house was soo clean and smelled amazing.

Beautiful home on the Chesapeake! We loved having a private beach surrounded by wildlife. The home was very clean, spacious, and had all the extras that we needed. Thank you!

There were two short steps to get into the house which was helpful as we had a person in a wheelchair and another with bad knees. The house had everything we needed on one floor with plenty of room to move around. The house was very spacious, clean and looked just like the photos. The house was well stocked and had very comfortable beds. Xiang was a responsive host and great to work with.

She was able to get us in the same day! It was a great stay for the whole family.

This was my 2nd time in Vacation Village and Alyssia’s place was great. Such a fun and relaxing atmosphere close to Busch Gardens and everything we need . The place was clean, and exactly as described. The jetted tub was a huge bonus

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay! The resort had a nice list of amenities that everyone enjoyed- kids and adults. The pools- indoor and outdoor, free arcade and mini golf were all lots of fun. It is a time share resort so the pushy sales gimmick at the beginning of the stay was annoying, but if you don't engage they leave you alone the rest of your stay. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

All was good. Not the original place we booked. The new location was just as great or better. There was a short and uncomfortable “request to take a time share tour” speech I had to listen to. Other than that, it was great place to stay and the agent was very responsive. Thank you.

Gayle’s place was perfect for our family of 7. Each bedroom having their bathroom was fantastic! The decor of the condo was fabulous, and the grounds were gorgeous! Great for a daily walk. The waters view was beautiful! There was every cleaning product you could ever want, which I loved. Whenever, I travel, I always re-wipe everything down (weird- but a bit of a germ a phobia ). Also, the condo is well stocked with all the essentials of a home away from home. The washer/dryer with stocked laundry detergent was a bonus. I went home with clean clothes.-jackpot! The condo is perfectly situated between all the attractions. Colonial Williamsburg, Merchant Square, Jamestown settlement, and Bush Gardens was a pretty and easy 10 -15 ride. Harris Teeter grocery store is 5 mins from Kingsmill. There was a Wawa and Dunkin close by as well. Gayle was most responsive. Any questions, I had, she got back to me immediately. One of the best vacation stays for us!

We never book anywhere else! This is our go to in Williamsburg VA. Beautiful location, lots around to go, great area. The resort has all the listed amenities. We don’t even look to book anywhere else.
