Vacation rentals with a home theater in York County

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. We just loved every minute of our visit. Will be back and book again through Betina!

Dylan communicated quickly and thoroughly even with a last minute reservation. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. The place fit my family of seven very well. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches. The location was very nice, being close to all of the popular destinations in the area. The pools were very busy and could be cleaned better, but the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort really wants to sell a timeshare to you, but I just stuck to my guns. We would have no issue staying again.

Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Wyndam at Kingsgate was a great family resort and we highly recommend it.

Totally impressed with the rooms. Accommodated all of us with lots of space. Very clean…even the outdoor furniture was clean. I love to sit on the balcony in the mornings and felt very at home. We had a small hiccup with the hot water turning cold before we all had showers, but followed Randall’s instructions and called the front desk. They came right away and fixed the issue. Plenty of hot water the rest of our stay. I was very pleased with our stay here.

Great place to stay when going to bush gardens plenty to do on site and very nice place for kids to let lose and have fun !

Overall everything was great. Very clean and organized. I would go back again and stay at this same place. The location was great and just minutes away from the soccer tournament we needed to be at. Plenty of shopping and dining minutes away. If there was anything to complain about would probably be parking, however, it was Memorial Day weekend. Lastly, the bed in master bedroom was a bit squeaky and uncomfortable for my taste.

We enjoyed everything about this place! The location was so perfect being steps from the beach & the house so charming! Loved the comfy beds, beautiful decor & the movie projector & screen were a big hit after the day at the beach! Khyber was very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again! Elli & Brent’s place on the James River was a beautiful spot for our family vacation. Our arrival was wonderful as our hosts had left us a cute note and treats to enjoy. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6, especially with the outdoor space/dock and the home theater, which might have been the kids favorite room. The property was conveniently just a quarter mile away from the ferry so Jamestown/Yorktown/Willliamsburg/Busch Gardens were easily accessible. Really an excellent place from which to visit the triangle and get some nice rest and relaxation in between. Thanks guys for such a lovely visit.

Ibrahim's home felt like our home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the foosball table was fun as well as the board games. The coffee was delicious and the setup of the home was worth every penny. I will be staying here again. I like the Paris theme he has going on in his living room.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and enjoyed our stay very much. Jason responded quickly to the few questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jessica's place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and spacious the home and property were. Plenty of room for us all to celebrate my Mother’s 60th. We thoroughly enjoyed karaoke in the theater room, and soaking up some midday sun on the deck. There were so many fantastic amenities that we barely scratched the surface—definitely a reason to come back for a longer visit! Jessica was an amazing host, always quick to respond to our questions and incredibly helpful. If you're looking for a lovely and well-equipped place to stay, I highly recommend booking with Jessica. We can't wait to return!

Great accomodations for a big group. The house is huge and super interesting. While on the patio we watched the horses frolick, and were visited by a shy little dachshund, and a not-so-shy little farm cat. Beds were comfy. Lots of amenities like coffee pots, plenty of seating, a theater room, big Jacuzzi tub, and lots of bedrooms. Overall an extremely peaceful visit that I would stay at again.

What a beautiful place for our 3 generation family vacation (ages 1 yr {we brought our own pack n play} to late 50s). We really enjoyed all the extra outdoor stuff, like the kayaks, and canoes, fire pit with plenty of seating, and the hammocks. The storm surge brought the river into the yard for the first day or so but even that we loved. Our dogs lovedbiunding around in it and our little ones enjoyed it as well. Mark was a great communicator. He responded quickly to our inquiries and was quick to respond when a couple of "life hiccups" happened. The house itself has something for everyone, from the movies to the video games and books and games and even toys for kids. Our family especially enjoyed the Florida room off of the Mastoer King bedroom. We definitely recommend Mark's house at Piankatank Point!

What an amazing place! It looks just like the photos. The ability to kayak right in the backyard is awesome! They have everything you could need and even get firewood delivered! We had so much fun here!

We enjoyed our stay! The resort had a nice list of amenities that everyone enjoyed- kids and adults. The pools- indoor and outdoor, free arcade and mini golf were all lots of fun. It is a time share resort so the pushy sales gimmick at the beginning of the stay was annoying, but if you don't engage they leave you alone the rest of your stay. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was exactly like it was stated. We came with our 2 daughters and their partners. Having a separate living room and kitchen for us and them made everything simple and gave us all plenty of space. The amenities were wonderful for any age that might stay there.

Michael's place was clean and extremely comfortable. It was within a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, as advertised. The varied amenities kept our kids (ranging from almost 15 to 4) all occupied and everyone enjoyed their vacation. Highly recommend.

This was a great place for our extended family to stay for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. It was very clean and comfortable, and the decor of the rooms and overall vibe of the resort was very nice. Randall was a helpful, responsive, and proactive host and made sure we had the information we needed for a smooth check in. The location is very convenient to W&M and the colonial area. We would definitely stay here again- it’s the nicest of these types of places we’ve stayed at in Williamsburg!

Michael & Randall gave very clear instructions and information about the unit. Check in was a breeze, we were in and out without any hassle. The unit was perfect for our family, we had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The property was peaceful, workers were friendly. Food lion, and Busch Gardens was very close by . Would definitely return!

My family (husband and 2 kids) and a friend’s family (with her 2 kids) stayed at Michael’s condo over Memorial Day weekend and we could not have been more pleased. The lockout setup with 2 bedrooms on one side and a single bedroom on the other side with a connecting hallway was the perfect setup for our 2 families. Checkin was a breeze and the condo was pristine when we arrived. This condo’s location was also one of the best in the resort! It was centrally located to all the activities and amenities with nothing more than a 2-min walk away. We were all blown away by the amount of activities and things to do for the kids! They had a blast on the mini-golf course, swimming and using the arcade. The resort also had daily activities that we could take advantage of like a balloon artist and spooky stories by the fire. Michael’s instructions were clear and prompt and we had no issues for the entire stay! We were already planning to come back again and stay in this same location!!
