Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yongsan District

Very convenient location, great accommodation for three nights.

넓게 펼쳐진 한강뷰에 잘 힐링했어요. 다음에도 오고 싶은 숙소였습니다. ☺️☺️

It was our first trip to Seoul, South Korea as a family of 5 and Jenny was a great host. Before we even travelled to Seoul Jenny was brilliant in her communication, easy to communicate with whenever we had any questions about the property or Seoul during our stay. Jenny was super friendly and helpful. The place itself was a little difficult to find initially, but expected with the city and properties setup in that manner, but once we found it, for the rest of the trip it was awesome, as it was close to subway (10min walk) and bus connection (2mins walk) which allowed us get to all the main areas we needed to go to with one connection. The property itself was super clean, Jenny provided everything from toiletries, kitchen amenities and plenty of bottled water which was super nice of her, especially as we needed water for the kids milks etc. the property had a washing machine and drier, convenient for us as a family to do washes. Finally Jenny helped to book our Taxi back to the Airport.

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Great apartment, connects right into seoul station, lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Not too crowded and well Kept. Perfect place

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

The place is nice and modest, has all the amenities you might need and the host was very helpful and responsive. The location is also great for walking around the area as well as taking public transport. Great for a tourist!

Wow Hosu’s home and hospitality is absolutely amazing. He was ready to help us with everything and very accommodating. His home is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is also very central making Ubers extremely affordable. Thank you for everything

L’alloggio è tutto quello che si può desiderare per un viaggio a Seoul! Si trova nella splendida zona di Itaewon, circondato da locali, ristoranti e vita notturna, ma comunque è collocato in una strada secondaria, in modo da poter avere il massimo silenzio nelle ore notturne. A pochi passi da casa c’è tutto quello che si può desiderare per vivere la vita serale in questa magica città. A pochissimi metri da casa si trovano stazioni della metropolitana e tantissimi autobus per potersi spostare in autonomia e raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti di interesse. L’alloggio è arredato in maniera impeccabile, offre tutti i comfort! Consiglio questo alloggio a tutti, noi sicuramente torneremo nel nostro prossimo soggiorno a Seoul!

Beautiful space! While it is not as affordable as the hotels we'd previously been staying in, the saying you get what you pay for is true here. You get space, which for a family feeling like they're living on top of one another is great. You have fresh air, peace and quiet and a bath house that was a joy to use. Great location with lots of food options around. We really loved it!

1.住處位於首爾車站步行共10分鐘的位置，通勤20~40分鐘可以抵達周遭熱門景點，是不錯的選擇，返家路上要爬一個小坡約2~3分鐘(是好走的路)，但如果有年長的或腳傷的旅伴，建議慢慢走。 2.旁邊有小型賣場、便利商店及些許餐廳，生活上很方便。 3.住處衛生用品及各類設備充足(且有大量通用轉接頭)，洗衣、煮飯、或日常生活，都是可以的。 4.行程頭尾房東協助借放行李於儲藏室，方便我要去搭飛機前再來拿行李。 5.任何需要協助的事情都可以向房東詢問，房東很親切，令任印象深刻的首爾行程。

I had stayed for about 10 days and I can honestly say it was very homey. I felt right at home. I traveled with my little sister so safety was my top priority and choosing this place was probably the best decision. I felt very safe and never encountered anything that would make me feel uncomfortable. The home itself was very spacious. I had over 4 suitcases and it was very over crowders. I also loved the having a separate living room space. I would definitely come here again !

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

호스트분이 체크인 전부터 세세하게 신경 써주셔서 재밌게 놀다 갑니다 :) 침실이 충분해서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 놀러가고 싶은 숙소 입니다!

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

숙소가 서촌 근처이고 경복궁역도 도보 10분 안팎이라 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 문의에 대한 답변도 친절히 해주시고 12명이 묵었는데 불편함없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 서울방문할 일이 있다면 여기에 묵고 싶습니다~

Le logement de Sunny était vraiment très bien pour une personne ça suffisait L’emplacement était parfait, en bas du métro ligne 2 (ligne la plus pratique de seoul) et à 10 minutes de Hongdae, beaucoup de restaurant et café aux alentours Le seul point négatif c’est que ça manque un peu de rangement Et j’ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l’immeuble mais Sunny m’a beaucoup aidé.
