thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

Rae’s place is fantastic, in a nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and pubs around. Also nice local parks and access to transport. Would thoroughly recommend for people like me who are sick of high rise hotels and want something more comfortable and local.

We had a lovely stay at Lyn’s place. Lyn was very thoughtful, making sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. We were so thankful that were baby amenities available (high chair, cot etc) and Lyn even prepared books suitable for our toddler. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided. Thank you so much Lyn for the great hospitality!

The place was perfect! Clean, had everything we needed, ample bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, good location! 💯 recommended. The house was walking distance to a nearby cafe (coffee!) and IGA supermarket with halal options + a few Muslim friendly eateries. The yard area was also a great space for the kids to expend their energy. It was clean when we arrived which was much appreciated. Weather was chilly when we were there but the heating/aircon system worked well; we were comfortably warm in the house. Laundry area (a must w kids!) was okay. Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

It has been our great pleasure to stay at Nathan and Hannah’s place. They were responsive prior to our stay and assisted us adequately throughout. Their place is gorgeous and is fantastic for large families, there is something for everyone! Location is pretty central to most attractions as well. We had a great experience, if you’re considering their place, do not hesitate! ☺️

Thi is friendly! Initially we couldn’t find the place because it’s at the back of the house. They spent time outside waiting for us to take another spin back and let us know it’s at the back! Felt super welcomed

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful especially for families with young children. The place was spacious, and very well-equipped — from kitchen essentials to family-friendly amenities. There were toys, books, and even child-safe utensils, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. Our kids felt right at home and we would definitely love to come back with our family.

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

The host/s were extremely helpful. The place is freshly renovated and in a prime location. Very happy with the stay :)

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

Rami's place was as described and pictured. Rami was very responsive when we had trouble finding the apartment at first. The apartment was very walkable to ciao italia and millpoint book caffe. We had an enjoyable time and very good rest. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean and tidy. Thank you for the lovely place to stay. Our family had a great time!

Great place, loved that we could walk to the zoo (could even hear the lion roar!) Good location, easily accessed. Would definitely stay again. Brad and Jenn are great to deal with.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey provided high quality amenities. We appreciated the food left out for us and also the coffee capsules! The size of the studio, thou compact had all that you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided clear instructions on the drop off so that we can access the lift with all our luggages. The only downside is that the building is a little old but the interior is modern and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided us with softer pillows the next morning after we feedback that the pillows were too hard. Overall, we had a really great stay for my family.

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
