This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

We had the most wonderful stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps away from the beach with stunning ocean views right from the windows. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Adam was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We spent a great week at the villa. It was extremely comfortable and roomy for the 4 of us. It was great having the double garage for our hire car. It was very handy having the sporting club nearby to dine out. We would recommend staying here. Very clean and quiet. Thank you Jennifer for this lovely villa. Regards Margaret from Newcastle.

Wonderful location, ocean view is gorgeous and very short walk to the beach, literally across the road. Karen's place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was great and Karen was really flexible and understanding.

We had a fantastic stay at Kim’s , very cosy , especially the beds - so comfy. We loved the outdoor area and my little grandson absolutely loved the kids play area - that was a bonus he was so excited. Thank you for the nice little finishing touches , eg, the sourdough bread & Muesli that was a treat. We loved our stay & would definitely stay again, Thanks Kim x

thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

The two-story building is set on a raised area, surrounded by greenery and low shrubs. A concrete wall provides a distinct base, while large windows and a balcony enhance the structure's modern appearance under a clear blue sky.

I had a great stay - Luke and Katie were fantastic hosts! From the very beginning, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any questions or messages. Communication was always easy and pleasant, which made everything so smooth. They were also super flexible with check-in, and I really appreciated being able to arrive a few hours early - it made a big difference after a long journey from Melbourne. I stayed at the unit for five weeks, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The location was also ideal - just a short 10-minute stroll to Scarborough Beach, and there’s a lovely little local cafe less than five minutes away that became a regular morning stop for me. If I ever find myself in Perth again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Luke and Katie for their warm hospitality and for making my stay such a great experience!

Great spot to stay with heaps to do within manageable distances. Some great food spots and would highly recommend cleopatra’s and the Cray,food was unbelievable. House was great and anything you would want in the kitchen and pantry. Great spot and would recommend

Location, location, location. Simply outstanding. Ultra modern penthouse apartment with every possible amenity. The complex is fantastic and the views, well just WOW.
