According to the photos, the space is large enough, the kitchen is clean (there is a microwave, oven, induction cooker, pan), the only small disadvantage takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station, there is some uphill on the way, people with a lot of luggage, snow more skiing in the winter, you can call a taxi.

Yumi’s place is clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 had a good night rest after flying for hours, then a half day road trip to Otaru. We are so glad we chose this place. The place is private and also close to the main Otaru attractions.

Very friendly and great hosts!! They were very accommodating and made my stay very enjoyable. Although Kime and her husband do not speak much English, they will do their best to accommodate to their best of their ability. It truly felt like an authentic Japanese home stay experience and if you want to feel what Japanese hospitality is like, I would highly recommend booking with them!!!

We had the best time at Satoko-san’s and cannot recommend it enough. Both her and her husband invited us into their homes with immense warmth and hospitality and went above and beyond in making sure we felt comfortable during our stay. Her place is clean, quiet, and cozy and is a short distance away from restaurants and bar in town (she helped us make reservations). She also provided us breakfast every morning and I would even go as far as to say that her food was some of the best we had in Yoichi. I’ll always think fondly of my time getting to know her and staying at her place. I am looking forward to staying with them again!

Our stay at Aki's house was great. The house was warm, clean, and spacious, and it was in a quiet area. While staying with a big family, we felt very comfortable because of the rooms and layout of the bathroom facilities. A highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the town and mountains. We could explore the surroundings easily. Our family loved the local sushi train restaurant with delicious meals and excellent service. The nearest supermarket was 5 minutes walk. Skiing slopes are just 35 minutes away. The bus stop is a 12-minute walk, where the bus can take you directly to the centre of Sapporo or the closest town of Otaru. Aki helped us with many things. She organised transfers and also recommended good places to eat. We are grateful to Aki for such excellent hospitality and prompt responses during our stay. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed for two days for sightseeing in Otaru and snowboarding in the neighborhood. I was able to stay at a pretty cheap price with a sale, but the room was spacious and stylish, and it was a great value for money. It is on a hill, so if you are staying with large luggage, you should have a taxi or a car.

This was one of the beautifully constructed Airbnbs we have stayed in, so it was a great pleasure to be able to have experienced living here! There’s a lot of space within the comfortable Airbnb and lots of nooks and cranny that makes it a very comfortable stay. Everything looks even prettier and better in person!

It is far from downtown such as Susukino, but it is acceptable because it is about a 5-minute walk to the station on the Tozai Subway Line.When I took a taxi, it was about 2,500 yen late at night. The location is in a narrow alley, which is a little confusing and as pictured, so you can find it right away. The room is clean, and there is a stove in each room in the winter, so you can stay warm. It was also good to receive a quick response to an inquiry.

In addition to the nice room, it was in an excellent location, and since the downtown area was close, I was able to walk home even after hanging out late. There was a convenience store nearby, and there was also a hot spring within walking distance, so we had a fulfilling stay.
