Renting a car or taking a taxi is recommended. There is parking. The building will be rented out completely. There is a janitor's room next to the entrance. The janitor will not enter your room, but when you are not there, they will clean and use the shower room and toilet. The bus from Otaru Station stops at the bus stop near Shabby House (in front of Mitsuma Honsha), and from there it is a 7-minute walk uphill. It's a slope, so it would be impossible with a carry case. It is an inconvenient place to shop, so please secure food in advance. The convenience store is a 10-minute walk. Please be quiet as it is a quiet neighborhood with elderly people living nearby. You will have to pay the occupancy tax separately, which started this year. It is 300 yen per person per night.
