From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. The unique nature of Ylläs and the activities it offers open immediately from the front door: The illuminated ski track runs near the apartment. In snow-free time, hiking and mountain biking trails run next to the cottage.

A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Hyvätasoinen Ski in – ski out -lomahuoneisto sijaitsee Ylläs Ski Resort hiihtokeskuksen ytimessä Ylläsjärvellä, 100 metrin päässä Ylläs1-gondolihissiltä ja 500 metrin päässä Länsiraja-hiihtohissiltä. Hiihtoladut lähtevät 200 metrin päästä. Huoneistossa majoittuu mukavasti 2-4 henkilöä. Huoneistosta avautuvat upeat näkymät Ylläsjärven suuntaan. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan ajalla 1.11.-30.4. muuna ajankohtana vuokralainen hoitaa itse siivouksen siivouksen jne.
