We had a pleasant stay in this lovely house. It is well arranged and perfect for family vacations. The location is ideal, close to the port and several restaurants. Very quiet.

Accommodation booked for a girls' weekend, fully matches what is advertised. Close to Dinan for a walk. Arnaud is very responsive in his answers, communication is fluid. I would recommend this place for a weekend!

Jean is very welcoming, available and not stingy with good advice when it comes to things to see in the area! ( The sunset 2 steps from the accommodation is great!) We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Very good hosting by the owner in this recent listing. Calm, tranquility with an underground parking space and balcony characterize this apartment with quick access to the seafront (GR34), beaches and shops within walking distance.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Spectacular view of the huge beach of Rosaires. You can watch the sunrise from the living room sofa and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. It didn't bother us. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host and offers very good advice. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Loved our stay.

We thank her very much for the pancakes and the bottle of cider that were waiting for us upon arrival. The studio was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped.
