Hallo, Ich habe in diesem Haus gewohnt. Es war wirklich großartig, geräumig, modern und in der besten Gegend der Stadt gelegen. Die Lage bot schnellen Zugang zum Stadtzentrum sowie zu vielen Einkaufszentren und zahlreichen Freizeit- und historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten – wirklich hervorragend. Außerdem möchte ich mich herzlich für den ausgezeichneten Service bedanken.

Солнечная уютная квартира, отзывчивая хозяйка. Есть своё отопление, можно регулировать температуру. Мягкие матрасы. :) На кухне есть всё необходимое, много посуды, разве только духовки не хватало. Рядом большой торговый центр и продуктовый гипермаркет. Через дорогу уютный парк с детской площадкой. Единственный недостаток, по ночам иногда слышно, как соседи разговаривают или скрипят кроватью. :) И ещё маловато полочек в ванной, но это мелочи. :)

Everything was good. The property is located close to the center, however, in a very quiet area. The flat is well-equipped and all the amenities needed are present. Recommended

A great little apartment literally right on Nalbandyan and overlooking the street - easy to follow check in instructions - there is never a dull moment in the apartment and when you sit on the balcony you can see all the hub bub people passing by cars beeping police officers calling out in muffled voices over their megaphones lol quite entertaining actually! Clean small bathroom with a great shower with good hot water, full equiped kitchen easy to use washing machine, good sized fridge. Bed is very comfy and i was soooooooo grateful to have cotton sheets!!! (Thank you Sona this was very much appreciated) dont forget to bring earplugs as its on the main street, i read ahead and brought mine so make sure you dont forget these i also wore eyemask as curtain is sheer but i was comfy and the cars didnt annoy me, the metro passes under the apartment so you will feel the rumble every now and again. In a secure residential building easy stairs up and not noisy - thank you!

Todo perfecto. Tigran fue un buen anfitrión y se comunicó de manera rápida y precisa con nosotros. La casa está en una buena zona céntrica y además para nosotros que viajamos con un niño había un parque infantil justo debajo. La casa está en buenas condiciones y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El único inconveniente es que da a una rotonda donde los coches aceleran como locos para derrapar en ella y esto genera ruido.

Best place to stay at in Yerevan if not much space is needed, dor a very good price. Nice and clean small apartment, great location that makes all of Yerevan easily accessible and has many stores close-by. Diana is always helpful, always very communicative!

This is an amazing location and is exactly what you see in the pictures. It’s exactly what is advertised. Pedro is a great communicator and gives good instructions on entry.

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Place: Spacious, decorated with great style. It is not apartment for renting but for living! Very comfortable. We were very excited. Bath room and toilet rooom are separated, that is a big plus. Really, really great looking place. Cleanness: Everything was shining when we arrive. Location: On main street near shopping mall, only 10 minute walk to main square. Bedrooms are looking on the street, but if you close the windows and turn on AC, there is no problem with traffic sounds. Host: Always available, speaks English enough to understand, very polite and pleasant. We checked out at 2:30 in the morning because of the flight. There was no problem. Price: You definitely get more than you pay for. Would highly recommend!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! It was our second stay in Gary’s place - and I still think it’s one of the best apartments to rent in Yerevan! Totally recomend

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Paruyr's apartment. It was spacious, clean, cool and in a great location. Paruyr himself was the perfect host and was flexible with check-in times, always responsive and answered any questions that we had alsmot immediately. The neighbourhood was friendly and quite in the nights but close enough to everything that you could need. We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and felt like it was a second home.

Great location and great place near the Cascade steps in Central Yerevan. We loved staying at this Albert's place.

Nous avons passé 40 jours dans cet appartement. La placement central de celui-ci était très pratique pour profiter de la ville, visiter les sites touristiques mais également pour faire des courses. L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé.

Всё было отлично, квартира соответствует фотографиям и описанию, очень дружелюбная хозяйка. Хорошее расположение, окна выходят во двор. Хороший вариант для 1-2 человек для недолгого проживания.

I loved staying at this apartment on Saryan. it is very conveniently located and right outside you can find many bars & restaurants & activities. the place was very cute & comfortable, the AC worked great & bed was comfortable. will definitely stay here again 🖤

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

A cozy flat near the city centre. The host has personally met me in the centre and has showed how to get to the place. She and her daughter were always prompt answering questions about the flat. I would definitely recommend this flat for short stays!
