It was close to the station, so the accessibility was good, and the exterior and interior were newly built, so I was able to use them neatly! The price is also reasonable, so I want to use it again next time!

First of all, it was really nice that the host was kind, and it felt like I was hanging out at my sister's house who lives alone and is very tidy. ^^ It's located along a large street, so it's easy to find. Parking wasn't difficult It was nice to have many restaurants nearby. The view was a very good accommodation without frustration because the lake park was spread out. For Idul and his mom and dad to be together It was a comfortable accommodation. Thanks to you, I had a good rest. Thank you 😊

It is connected to Lotte Department Store and Sinjoong Station (subway station) through the underground passage. It was a high-rise, so the city view was good, and all the facilities were neat and very quiet. Except for the water pressure being slightly weak by my standards, everything was very satisfactory.

The accommodation was fantastic for a family of 4. The amenities in the house was very complete and clean unlike many other AirBnB. We gave 5 stars for the lodging. Only consideration was it was on a high slope. Imagine we had to push our luggages up. We took public bus and came after midnight. It was hard to find it in Google Map. Food eatery were easy accessible and price is very affordable. The accommodation is not too far from subway.

The place was as clean as the pictures show, and it was so pretty! But I booked it right away because I liked it because it was pretty... I went with an 8-month-old baby, but I missed the fact that there was no door to the room.. I was forced to be silent at night: ( There is no curtain in the bedroom, so the morning when the sun rises The weather was faster than the baby...! It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

It was a place I booked because I wanted to rest while watching the sea, but the view was so open that it was nice, and all the nearby eateries were within walking distance, so I had a good rest. The atmosphere of the accommodation itself was so good, and it was neat and nice. I think I'll use it here again in the fall!

Nicest and most updated community I've ever stayed at while visiting Seoul. Elevator was probably the nicest one I've been inside. Security officers were always on the first floor of the building, so I felt safe even coming back home late. The room was great and loved how the shower room was separated. I believe the only con was the neighboorhood being pretty far from center of Seoul, so most places took at least 45 minutes+ to go to. Overall, the nicest place to be as a solo traveler if you don't mind the long bus+subway travel.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. They provided plenty of pillows and mattresses, which was perfect for our group of eight. Highly recommended, especially for larger groups!

It's a good place to stay for both business trips and travel. I think you only need to bring a foam cleansing or a makeup remover tool. It's also convenient to cook simple meals. It was nice to have only the necessary furniture, so it felt spacious. The scent of the diffuser in the accommodation was so good that I slept very soundly. The bed is also very comfortable!

I had a last-minute layover near the airport and booked this place just in time—they accepted me right away. I had to head back to the airport early the next morning, and they made sure I got there with no problem. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby too, so it was super convenient!
