Casabella managed by 3 family members with me and my dad and mom. In my opinion, customer satisfaction play an important role in manage guest house,thus,we already prepare best facilities for customer such as laundry machine WIFI ,beds and tables . My guest house located short distance near Airport rail at Seoul station and it takes long only 5 minutes on foot. In the case of interior ,there are 3 separated rooms with best condition , living room with kitchen,coffee drop machine and wash room.

I used it with 5 friends for 3 nights and 4 days.The owner's quick and kind responses were helpful when I had questions at check-in and other times.I loved the interior, which was modern and stylish, more than I could have imagined from the exterior.It was a bit of a long stay, so it was nice to have a washer and dryer.It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest station, so it's not far, but it's not close either.There is a nearby grocery store that is open until 10 pm, making it easy to use.

Great location! We wanted a two bedroom with two bathroom and there were few options, this worked out great. The climb up the hill is not as bad as the other reviews make it sound. It was decorated cozily and comfortable. There are no windows in the bedrooms which was disorienting at times, but very nice to rest off our jet lag. For how central this Airbnb was, it is very quiet.

Perfect location in the center of Hongdae! This apartment offers unbeatable convenience to everything this vibrant area has to offer. The place matched the photos accurately and the queen-size bed was comfortable for two people. One thing to note: it's on the 5th floor without an elevator, which can be challenging with heavy luggage. However, this small inconvenience is completely outweighed by the exceptional central location. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The apartment offers great value for money, especially considering the prime location. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Hongdae. I looked at the group party room as a synchronous meeting, and it was really nice because it could accommodate several people!! The room was spacious and had all the dining chairs, so it was great for a lot of people to play ~!! I couldn't use the terrace because it was hot, but it was good to deliver it around, and it was nice to cook simple meals ~!! It was a convenient location for transportation, so it was good to finish and go home! Please note that it is on the 5th floor of a building without🫧 an elevator ~!

Han Youl's place was as described and seen in his photos. Easy to reach by AREX train from Incheon Airport to Hongik Station, Exit 6, and easy to locate his place. His apartment is located on the second floor, hence, if you have too much shopping at the end of your trip like us, you will need to ensure you have male friends to help you with your luggage, down the flight of stairs. But the rooms were really spacious and nice. It was a waste that we didn't have time to use his patio above us as we were always out till very late. But would love to come back again and try it out. There's lots of shopping and great restaurants and cafes. Great location to stay.

I think it's more than a perfect place to stay. The cleanliness of the accommodation was not bad, and the three bathrooms in the large enough flat area were enough to play and enjoy with 8 friends. However, it is a top floor and duplex structure, and the air conditioner with a slightly weak performance compared to the flat water is installed, so when cooking and using fire during the hot summer day, the room temperature cannot be kept cool to about 30 degrees, and in the case of the second floor, it is quite hot at 36-38 degrees, so it is difficult to use, but you can choose delivery rather than cooking. If it's another cool season, even this one is flawless. I don't think it will work. The surrounding environment was quiet, and the top floor 2 faced each other, so even if it was noisy, the noise wasn't well transmitted to the house next door, so it was an advantage that I was able to play and relax with my friends. I was satisfied and had a good time.

The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Namsan park and nearby suburbs. Do was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze.
