The apartment is located on 3rd Avenue in Ankara-Çankaya-Bahçelievler. Within walking distance to the Ankara terminal. Transportation to all locations is very close and easy. A minibus passes near the house on its way to Anıtkabir. It is also within walking distance. Very close to the metro, minibus and bus stops. There are cafes, banks, restaurants, ATMs and many other amenities on 7th Avenue. Everything is available in the house. I can accept verified accounts (female and family guests). Please pay attention to this detail.

You can safely stay in our apartment near Anıtkabir in the Anıttepe neighborhood as it has been for years. * We have several apartments in the building. Therefore, the living room furniture may be different. But basically, it's in the same order and similar. * Obtaining ID from everyone is a legal requirement. It's the safest for you and us. * If you have a car, you can safely park in the places around the building.

This house is a wonderful, renovated home in the heart of Batıkent! Our house, which has 3 bedrooms and a living room, also has a spacious bathroom and a separate WC. Our house, which has 3 balconies, is spacious and large on the 3rd floor. Since it faces southeast, it is quite bright and warm. There is no elevator in our building. If you don't mind going up to the 3rd floor by stairs, this house is perfect for you!!
