Waterfront vacation rentals in Yelapa Beach

Nos encantó el lugar, fuimos de viaje familiar incluyendo a mi perrita y estuvimos satisfechas con nuestra estancia! La ubicación en Puerto Vallarta es excelente ya que queda cerca de los restaurantes más buenos y como a 10 minutos del malecón en carro. Raúl siempre respondió las dudas que me llegaron a surgir y no hubo ningún problema, recomiendo definitivamente para el próximo huésped!

Excelente atención por parte de Juan Carlos, así como la ubicación y el departamento. Todo excelente.

My husband and our three adult kids stayed here for about a week. What can I say that others have not already said - this place is amazing and well worthwhile, with beautiful views, comfortable beds, large open living space, a peaceful, private and stunning location, lots of activities in PV and great hosts. 100% recommend staying here. We enjoyed charming cobblestone walks to Playita restaurant right on the beach (pretty much every day!), a warm pool, beach time, hanging out on the balcony overlooking pool and ocean, and lots of easy Uber trips into town, the boardwalk and to Punta Mita. The only con is how sad you will feel when you have to leave. Everyone - including our hosts Enrique and Nacho - was friendly and responsive and we can't wait to come back.

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Departamente limpio, ordenado, muy buena ubicacion, a una cuadra del malecon y a dos cuadras de la iglesia, muchas lugares para comer y cenar alrededor Descansamos muy agusto los tres dias Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Departamento muy cómodo para una familia de 4, las camas suaves y tiene una terraza con vista muy agradable a la marina. Las playas quedan algo lejos, pero la alberca y la ubicación lo compensan.

We had a wonderful time in Yelapa in this beautiful home! James was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. Lots of places to explore, animals to see and great food to eat. It was a dream vacation!

Beautiful large two bedroom with all the amenities. Large rooftop deck, two block walk to beach and restaurants. Just across the river from the Animas River trail. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight to access the rooftop deck. The host Kiri was extremely responsive before we arrived and when we were there. She is on site and greeted us upon checking in and helped with our luggage, arranged for taxi service back to the airport and provided excellent directions. Highly recommend!

My husband, two daughters (9 & 11), and I had the most relaxing 6 days at Dos Hermanos. The views from the house are incredible! We saw humpback whales breaching from the varanda while playing Uno. Marc and Michelle are so friendly and helpful. Marc’s sister, Sarah, was on an extended stay as well and was incredible. She even took my older daughter to the local middle school to teach English to the kids which was one of my daughter’s highlight of her trip. Maria cooked us dinner twice and I highly recommend it, some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. The locals are friendly and welcoming and so happy to have visitors there. We had the beach to ourselves and swam and relaxed under the trees. We felt so safe that our girls went on daily walks to play with the street dogs and get ice cream while we stayed and read books on the varanda. Basically, this is a perfect trip if you want to relax. My only tip is to bring your own coffee bc the 2 stores only had instant coffee.

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

We stayed at Oscar's place with our 5-year-old boy for a few nights exploring this area of the pacific coast. Oscar's place is really cute and a comfortable place to hang out -- with great views to the ocean from both floors. The place in person actually felt more beautiful/functional and better layed-out than I'd imagined from the photos. The day-bed downstairs is great to hang out or nap; the bedroom upstairs is nice with AC, though a bit louder than the downstairs. Bathrooms up and down is convenient. The area is a bit loud, with a major road just down the hill so you hear traffic into the night. But it's a short walk across this to the beach area, and we also enjoyed walking further away from the beach to explore the local neighborhoods which is very different from the beach scene. The kitchen is functional but could do with some cabinet cleanup and updated pots/pans; we only used this for reheating some leftovers. Overall a good stay, and Oscar is extremely friendly.

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

Muy bonito departamento, tal cual las imágenes, sin dudarlo volvemos, Tiene juegos de mesa para pasarla agusto en el balcon, que tiene television para disfrutar de musica o alguna pelicula viendo el mar. Albercas y en general muy bonito y cómodo.

We have visited Puerto Vallarta yearly for the past 8 years. This was our first time staying at the Orchid and we will definitely return. It was probably our favorite place were we have stayed in PV. The amenities at the Orchid are wonderful. Mike's unit was very clean, spacious, and looks just like the pictures. The views and the sunset from the balcony are amazing! The rooftop pool, restaurant, food, and staff were all great. The condo is within walking distance to downtown PV or a short taxi or Uber ride. We love PV and can't wait to return to the Orchid! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Buen proyecto, condominios en excelente estado. El A/C funciona perfectamente bien. La presión de la regadera es muy buena. Con gusto regresamos.

This place was wonderful! It had tons of space, yet was very cozy for my family to gather. the furniture & decorat ions were very comfortable & fitting for the property. the views & sunsets are out of this world! it was the peperfect place to just unplug & relax. The hosts were very attentive. we had a silly small problem & they took care of it immediately & professionally. the property is pretty new & has wonderful pools & great beach access also.

Disfrutamos mucho el lugar! El departamento está precioso y la ubicación nos pareció muy buena. Paulina tuvo comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo y fue muy atenta. Me puso cunas para mis bebés y fue muy linda. Mi familia lo disfruto mucho.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

We had a wonderful vacation at Jessica and Jeremy‘s. The beach was easy to access. There is a bus station right across the street and a taxi station right beside the condo easy to access town and other adventures. We had the pool all to ourselves many days. It was absolutely fabulous!!

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.
