Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Yarra Ranges Shire

Cannot say a single bad word about staying at this absolutely beautiful place! We were greeted by Andrea who gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Then we made ourselves at home and oh my gosh, it is such a gorgeous property. We stayed with the girls the night before our friends wedding and it was the perfect backdrop for photos and getting ready. The rooms are stunning and the ensuites to the 2 main bedrooms were super handy. We have already decided to come back next year for a relaxing girls weekend away. Could not have asked for a better stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at The Barn. Alison and Ross are lovely hosts and very helpful with clear instructions. The property is great and comfortable for about 7-8 people with all bedrooms on level 1 (upstairs) and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Great size indoor living and outdoor bbq area, including a fire pit for cool evenings, and the paddocks surrounding the property have some friendly rams. You also get to see heaps of kangaroos in the morning and around sunset. Clean and comfortable property and I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Healesville. Only thing missing were some extra bathroom amenities (toilettries) proportionate to 7-8 people staying but I’m sure if you request Alison and Ross they will ensure to make it available for your stay! Within comfortable walking distance to town centre and eateries. Good secure double garage. Well appointed residence in a pleasant area. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully return soon.

Richard was an amazingly responsive host, with a beautiful house, well placed exactly where we needed it. It was the perfect weekend.

Clean and tidy house. The main Bathroom was to die for, absolutely loved the bath and the master bedroom. The house is smaller than it looks and its a unit situated at the bottom of a pretty steep driveway on a very steep hill so not the best location for someone that has an injury or struggles with walking. Was advised after I booked that the owner did not want us using the driveway after 9pm because the front unit has a baby which is understandable but also inconvenient, it would of been nice to know this information prior to booking. There is also no side gate so anybody can walk around the house and into the backyard at their own leisure so that definitely raised some safety concerns. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We absolutely adored our stay at Yerindah! Not a thing to change, and we had everything we needed and more (thanks for the little treats!) Beautifully set up and decorated, and so cosy warm for our winter stay. We loved feeding the alpacas too! Close to wineries and yet felt like we were in our only little space far from anyone. We had an amazing time at Mitch's beautiful property, the house is spacious, clean and quiet at night, beds are so comfy and everything is clean and spotless, Mitch is very friendly and very prompt at responding requests. We enjoy the space so much we highly recommend to everyone ;) Thank you for having us!

So spacious inside, the home is designed well and it's an intuitve space to navigate. Bedrooms were super comfortable, loads of pillows to choose from and ceiling fans were great for warmer days. Lovely little outdoor area and the location is great for proximity to local shops and supermarkets as well as all the lovely activities to do in the Dandenong Ranges close by. I could easily park a 4wd in the garage too. I especially liked the feeling of safety too. Lastly the hosts were so responsive and helpful. They're really hospitable.

Great location with enough privacy. Lots of beautiful birds in the area. The premise itself is very spacious and clean. Love the Sheraton linen!

This little nugget in The Patch was great. There many varying sizes of acom on site and The Garden Suite was perfect for 2 people. A spa and fireplace set the mood. The kitchen is basic so be prepared to eat out which is no issue as there are many restaurants around. We even ordered an in house massage which was a perfect Sunday starter. I would certainly return here for a quiet weekend away.

An amazing place for a relaxing weekend. Loved everything about Tonia’s place. It was clean, close to everything and among nature to disconnect and chill. Thank you for the experience.

I really enjoyed this stay at Avoca Park Equestrian! Leanne was very helpful and welcoming. The room is right next to the riding stables. My stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The room had everything you needed and the bathroom was just a few meters away. I found the book on the desk very useful, in which there was a lot of advice regarding places of interest in the surrounding area as restaurants and activities. Some times the wifi was quite poor. Near the structure you can take a very beautiful and relaxing walk, enjoying the friendly horses of the equestrian center and the wonderful landscape. I even got to take a horse riding lesson. If you like horses and nature, this is the place to stay for you.

My husband and I had a great stay! Denise was a friendly and welcoming host and gave us some great tips on how to make the most of our short stay. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated all the special touches to make us feel at home, including some tasty treats. We were able to enjoy Denise’s beautiful garden and also enjoyed that it was a very short walk to the shops. Will definitely rebook again!

This was my first airbnb stay, and i was very impressed, will be comparing others to Bec's place, clean, tidy, quiet, great bed no complaints only praise for the great space to relax and stay at. Will stay again, if you looking for a place to stay, this is it. Thanks Bec for a lovely stay.

Was only there for one night by myself but I would definitely come back and bring friends along as the place is quite spacious and has a bunch of games, books, activities available in each drawer. I wish I had time to explore the gardens which I’m sure were lovely.

The views were / are stunning! I actually could figure out the tv lol over all , highly recommended ! 10/10

I cannot put into words how beautiful Moosehead Lodge is. Matt and Rachel have gone above and beyond to create a space that is peaceful and comfortable, and the effort shows the second you pull into the driveway. If you're after a getaway to disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself and loved ones, this is the place to come to. The beds are comfortable, the fireplace is warm and the nature surrounding is heaven. The house guide was an awesome way to know everything you need to know. And the recipes were such a nice touch! Thank you again for such a beautiful stay! P.S. the woodfire pizza oven is incredible!!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. It was peaceful, quiet and private with a lovely view of the forest, yet very close to shops and restaurants. Shellie was a wonderful host and I would gladly stay again.

Rustic, charming, intimate cabin nestled on a hobby farm made me feel down to earth again. Roaring fire, home-made cookies and easygoing owners welcomed us after exploring the very many dog-friendly trails and gardens in the area. Big thank you, just what we needed.

It would be the perfect spot for a weekend getaway and digital detoxing. It only 10mins by walk from the closest public transportation (bus). The town is beautiful and calm with some cozy cafes making the property a beautiful spot to get some peace from daily hustle. Sharon was extremely helpful with providing instructions and answering all my questions patiently, which made getting there less stressful. I would definitely recommend this place (I have already recommended it to a few friends).

The cabin was warm and cosy and we enjoyed our stay very much, it was perfect for an autumn getaway. The whole cabin was very clean and the bathroom was immaculate. The homely decorative touches were lovely , there were more recent board games in the collection which was great and the Japanese bathtub was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is "next level". My wife and I searched for a place to get away together to celebrate my birthday. Thankfully, our first choice fell through! From the moment we arrived, it just felt cosy and warm. We explored as far up as Marysville, and what an awesome place to return to. Kate and Michael were so accommodating! Could not fault their hospitality and attention to detail. We will be back! We will be recommending 'the eleventh Oak' to absolutely everyone! Look forward to revisiting in the not to distant future! I really enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the quiet serenity and privacy offered at Botanica Retreat. The gardens are beautiful offering a very peaceful setting and was exactly what I needed for my break. It’s very close to the village, close to walking paths and has everything you need. It’s very homey, beautifully appointed furniture, linens, decor etc, and Karen offers some really nice touches to make it feel like home. Will definitely be back!
