The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Located close to all the winery’s ( don’t forget the chocolaterie ) that the Yarra Valley has to offer,this space is: -Perfect for a couple -Queen bed -Netflix and wifi -kitchen with basic essentials -working/office space -Clean,fresh bathroom - with some added essentials -Fresh new space -Separate from main house and quiet -Private -Fire pit- weather permitting -car parking -we have two dogs you may see them, they are very friendly. A beautiful, private 1 bedroom apartment accomodation in a quiet bushland area, only 800m to the RACV Golf Course & 5min drive to town. The apartment is attached to the main house, but has its own private entrance, carport, porch area and courtyard. We can sleep up to 4 adults with the queen sized bed (in bedroom) and sofabed (in lounge room), a port-a-cot is available on request if you have a baby/infant (please byo bedding/blankets for child).
