Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

My parents loved their weekend stay in this beautiful home whilst they attended a music festival in the area. The place was just as the listing suggested, clean, well equipped & greatly presented. Jenny was a fantastic host with easy to follow instructions upon check in. Would book again 😊

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful - stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed with plenty of great spots to eat, shop, and explore nearby. Our hosts were lovely and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Loved this space! Exactly what you need for a quiet, relaxing and peaceful stay. It has everything you need to stay in, but also great cafe at a short walk and anything else you need 10mins away. A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

The most incredible property I’ve ever stayed in. Celebrating my 40th with my best friends will be my most memorable birthday. The house was just stunning, so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great facilities with everything we needed. Spa maintained a perfect temperature all weekend. The master suite was so luxurious with the inclusion of the bathroom spa. Comfortable beds with the best linen. I couldn’t recommend this property enough, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for having us

Our stay was nothing but enjoyable. From the minute we walked in it felt like we were on holidays. It was well set out with a great floor plan for the family we were accommodating. The beaches were beautiful & the towns we visited so friendly & welcoming & The weather was so kind to us the whole time we were there. We hope to return next year. Annette

What a magical stay! This farmhouse was everything we hoped for and more - the views were breathtaking no matter which way you looked. the peaceful country side setting made it the perfect spot to unwind and truly relax. Hospitality was next level - warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to our wonderful host Colleen who went above and beyond with Kellie to make my 50th birthday unforgettable even arranging Kellie's homemade boxed vanilla and chocolate cupcakes as a surprise. Such a kind and personal touch! So grateful! We left feeling refreshed, grateful and already dreaming of our next visit. This was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Tess and James are incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts - they provide an amazing check in experience with thoughtful touches everywhere. The house itself is wonderful - modern bathrooms, one of the best stocked Airbnb kitchens I've ever had the pleasure of cooking in, massive couches with lots of room for lounging, fireplace with wood - it's a house to rest and relax in. The location is great - right in Walkerville and a 4 min drive to the beach, and 45 mins drive from key Wilsons Prom spots like Oberon Bay. Overall we had a lovely, relaxing weekend and this was made so much better by having a house with lots of space, front and back garden, balconies, open plan living, gorgeous modern bathrooms and more! We will definitely be back - thank you James and Tess for your hospitality.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.
