Vacation rentals with a patio in Yamhill County

after a bit of a crazy week, this was EXACTLY what i needed. for being on/next to a farm, and the early morning cock-a-doo-a-doo's, the place was very soundproof and didn't hear any of that until walking outside. it's small, but for one guy it worked perfect for me. very private property, and could look out into the beyond in peach each night. even had a place to set up my workstation for a couple of days, and was ~15 min from downtown mcminnville where i grabbed dinner friday evening (la rambla. bacon-wrapped dates. all i am going to say about that...hahaha) nino was very flexible allowing early check-in, and was very responsive throughout the entire process. i was apparently inept, and couldn't turn on the fireplace on the deck, which would have been amazing if i could have figured that out watching the sun set. but another fantastic addition if you can figure it out!!

Our stay was just right for our family Christmas. It held all of us and was conveniently located for getting to holiday festivities. Our host was always responsive to any questions and the space was comfortable and cozy, we even had a fire in the fireplace. We will keep it in our favorites for future visits to Oregon.

Heath, his Family, his Friends & Buddy welcomed Us into their lives. ALL of them are generous, kind & wonderful. They included Us in their Holiday events & made Us feel right at home! BIG PLUS was Heath's fantastic food that he cooked with love!

I really enjoyed staying at this property! It was close to downtown and convenient. Teresa the host was very accommodating and responsive. The place is clean, well organized, and has everything you will ever need. It is a very quiet, and safe neighborhood. Thank you for the great stay!

House and location were great! Suzanne was very helpful with recommendations and flexible check-in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute place! Beds are super comfy. Nice patio for grilling or letting the kids burn off some energy. Kitchen is very nice and has everything you need. Will stay again!

This is a lovely, beautifully fitted and furnished period home. There were only four of us but we agreed it would easily accommodate 6 or more. We enjoyed the entertainment space and games in the carriage house. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. Beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful.

Beautiful old victorian, quiet street, lots of parking. Good kitchen, well stocked. Plenty of hot water. We were a party of six women and only two needed to share a room - even the twin beds and bunks were super comfy, all the other beds were kings i think and everyone said they slept really well. It was wonerful to have the beautiful dining area so we could all eat together. We visted the local glass works, hiked through the gorgeous woods at the Trappist Monastery and ate at Humble Spirit in McMinnville - terrific farm to table restaurant. Wonderful trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a great stay at Charlottes place. She was very responsive whenever we had questions. The house is clean and inviting and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for a weekend getaway in wine country.

Sean’s place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed without any excess clutter. Very close to local wineries in Dundee Hills. We would recommend.

A great place for our family of 4. The kitchen was very well stocked and perfect for us. We appreciated the proximity to the downtown area. Christy was a responsive and generous host.

10/5 STARS Not often is a property BETTER in every aspect than described! Kitchen had everything…coffee, cream, snacks., etc.! TV and all remotes labeled and easy to use. The linens were hotel quality and bath towels are soft and fluffy! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say we could NOT find ANYTHING she could have done better on….right down to the lint roller😊. Thank you for an UNFORGETTABLE experience for our girl’s birthday weekend 🍷 Would love to come back and bring my husband!!
