The guest doesn't know how to operate the jacuzzi, and they say that there's no hot water. Regarding the hot water issue, I wish they had called me and told me. I would have explained that the boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say that the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the soles will get dirty.
