There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

Honestly, this was our first Airbnb experience, so we had some reservations. However, we were in contact with our host from the moment we made the reservation until we checked out. He answered even our smallest questions instantly. The amenities, appearance, cleanliness of the house were surprising to us. Because it was the same as in the advertisement, and the house was cleaned quite well. Our experience and our first Airbnb experience were very valuable and unforgettable for us. Excellent and very responsive host... came personally to address some issues after we inform him of our difficulty. Location of apartment is excellent. Right next to Taksim Square, with very convenient subway, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby! Apartment was very comfortable, with sufficient amenities for all our needs.

The host helped us a lot with accommodation. The house was really well cleaned. He shared all the information that would help us check in before, and we were able to contact him when we needed it during the stay. We are very satisfied, thank you.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

For our whole stay, we were entranced by the view from Saim's apartment. From the balcony or the sunny living room, you have a great view of the Bosphorus and all the boats coming and going. I cannot say enough about how this enhanced our stay. When we had a small problem, Saim was quick to send a repair person. He also gave recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very close to public transportation, though it is more than 200 steps up from the main street where the trams, buses and ferries are. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would certainly want to stay at Saim's place again.

Close to everything, very available host

The listing was exactly as described, and we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

Fatih was a great host and he went extra mile for us as we arrived in istanbul late night with family so he arrainged taxi for us to arrive at his location safely even though he was going thru personal loss and we fully appriciate his help. the location is perfect as its colse to lot of happening things, to metro and restaurants. Highly recomend.

Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. nice place to stay, location is perfect and the home is better than expected

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!
