Cape Woods Farm Yallingup

Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by renowned wineries, tourist attractions and majestic countryside, the stresses of every day living are left at the top of the driveway. Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst soft pasture and tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

Unwind and wake to birdsong in a perfect couples' (or singles) getaway in the Yallingup Hills. The bathroom is luxuriously spacious, containing double shower heads /basins, plus a large bath. This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets.
