房間整體舒適，環境與位置良好，與房東聯繫方便！

The building and apartment were very nice - clean and spacious - and our host was very responsive. The location was also good.

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

房東的房源比想像中大很多！裡面非常的感淨，住起來很舒適，check-in也寫得很清楚，且可以帶寵物對我們來說很方便溫馨，謝謝！

這是我們第二次入住了 ，安靜，乾淨，又方便，房間內軟硬體應有盡有，且房東非常友善，下次一定會再選擇這邊^^

房間很棒 在老居民區的小巷裡很幽靜 整潔明亮還配備了洗烘一體機方便旅行衣物的整理 小飛蟲有點多 通風一般 但是性價比很高！乾淨衛生格局也很好👍關好門窗的話就沒問題

房東劉老師是個待人溫和的好人，詢問著一切能夠提供給我的，包括毛巾牙刷以及充電線，在我入住的幾天寒流的冷天氣裡還給了一個暖爐在房間使用，非常窩心。

我們在這裡待了一個月。房子隔音好，乾淨整潔，房內的設備和備品都很棒。Casper 還貼心的準備了嬰兒洗澡洗頭精。周邊生活機能很好，離超商，Costco，捷運站都很近、非常方便。期待下一次的入住。謝謝！

房間非常乾淨整齊，而且空間非常大，所在位置也離逢甲商圈非常近，很適合團客觀光進住。

划算的價格 雖然離市區較遠不過旁邊就有東海大學的周邊 不至於不方便

房東很友善且回覆快速，像是來到朋友家的感覺。房源和照片一樣，乾淨整齊，浴室水壓穩定。有室內車庫，停車非常方便。整體而言，讓人住得非常舒適。

clean little room

My family and I stayed here for a few nights during Lunar new year. Communication with Angel, the host was good. The place was spacious and clean. It was fully equipped with all the essentials. The only downside was the security cameras that we noticed in the living room, which was not specified in the listing. In North America, there could be security cameras outside the unit, at the front entrance. But certainly not inside the unit. My only suggestion is for the host to disclose this in the listing and clarify the intention of these indoor cameras. Other than that, the unit is comfortable, and we appreciated the easy communication and check in. Thank you Angel.

入住很方便 需要的日用品都安排到位，社區的管理很友善，地方乾淨 很好的社區環境 尤其可天天游泳 門口不到幾步就有ubike 去公益路 家樂福 宜家 傳統市場都可踏單車 非常方便。房間雖然小一些 但二人住剛好,簡單的煮食工具也有，但要切水果的刀要自己預備，不然只可去超市買些切好的。基本住宿勝價比不錯。

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

I stayed here with my family of 7 over Christmas. We had 3 rooms all which were clean and well appointed. There was washer and dryer in 2 of the rooms and fridge space in all of them. The location in Taichung was so convenient it made our stay great! It was near lots of shopping and food. Nina was super easy to contact and her description of the rooms and location were spot on. If I go back to Taichung I would book with her again.

I really love how responsive and carefree Z was. They respond so fast! When we reached and could not find the place, they immediately texted us back. Z was so communicative even though there was a room change. The rooms were also so clean and spacious, with in room toilets and bathrooms! Really loved the location and the whole experience with Z! 已經是第三次租住Kumao的房子了，這房子的設計還是一如既往的貼心又實用，各種細節都顧到，乾淨又舒服，而且景觀開揚，夜景好美，坐在沙發還能欣賞到日落～ 房子周邊什麼都有，公車站就在樓下，而且這裡的公車班次比較密，去哪裡都很方便～ Kumao真的很親切好客，回覆也很快，真的太感謝了～ 就是過年，價格有點小貴，但這很正常，而且住得舒服最重要，下次來台中玩還是會選擇Kumao的房子～ 溫馨提示一下，如果是在退房時間離開，要預留多點時間，或是錯開那段時間，因為電梯要等好幾趟才擠得進去哦～
