Stay with the whole family in this wonderful house with plenty of space for moments of joy! We just renovated, furnished, & decorated this amazing 150 sq. m. house on the 2nd floor in a boho style with relaxed colors and artistic paintings on the walls. It is located right across from the center of Chalkida in a quiet residential neighborhood and is fully equipped. This stylish, bright, and airy 150 sq. m house has verandas all around, 3 bedrooms, and a loft playroom/bedroom for 2 more people!

Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
